Pray for help. God can help us with every trial and tribulation we go through.
Fight this to the last!
Fight until you win! We have victory in the name of Jesus Christ. Whenever you start to look at your girlfriend, turn your eyes away. If your right hand offends you, cute it off.. if your eye offends you, pluck it out. I'm not saying to pluck out your eye, just to look away.
You can have control over this. Stay in God's Word.
Don't let Satan win by listening him, he WANTS you to destroy your mind. Don't do it.
Whenever you find your mind wandering off on ungodly things, yank it out of there right away! quote scripture in your mind, any scripture! From Genesis 1:1 to John 3:16, whatever it takes.
I used to have to excuse myself in order to deal with "it".
I would leave the room, go to mine, close the door, kneel down and pray to God for help, rebuking Satan in the name of Jesus Christ. It works! It does! If you work hard on this, you WILL defeat it.
Don't let go of God. Cast your burdens on Him! for He cares for you! "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds" - 2 Cor 10:4
"Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." - 2 Cor 7:1
"But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one." 2 Thess 3:3
"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." - Phil 4:7

Pay attention to this: "Finally, brethren, whatever things are TRUE, whatever things are NOBLE, whatever things are JUST, whatever things are PURE, whatever things are LOVELY, whatever things are of GOOD REPORT, if there is any VIRTURE in if there is anything PRAISEWORTHY- meditate on these things." - Philippians 4:8
Focus on THOSE things, not on lust.
Repent of this sin, there is no place in heaven for sin.

"For in that He Himself suffered, being tempted, He is able to AID THOSE WHO ARE TEMPTED." - Hebrews 2:18 Jesus can help us through anything.

"My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations. Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience." James 1:2

"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love Him. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: For God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth He any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death." - James 1:12-15

FIGHT this. Lust brings forth sin and sin, death!
Do not let this ruin your life. :)

God bless you, it is good that you recognize this as wrong and want to correct it.

First - give yourself some credit, your a teenager, some feelings you just can't help but having. What matters is if you decide to dwell on those feelings.

Second - You've got a good girl - great! have a chat with her laying down the line of exactly what you will and will not do as far as displays of affection go. This should be detailed enough to make both of you blush. Once you've got everything very well defined, it's a lot easier to help each other out keeping your desires in check.

best wishes

Just continue seeking God- For Jesus says "Apart from me you can do nothing"
--Be self controlled. Keep strong in the Faith. Because temptation is hard...but God also does not give us more than what we can handle:

Titus 2:12
It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,

1 Peter 1:13
[ Be Holy ] Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.

1 Peter 4:7
The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray.

I am a 29 year old male and most of the times you will get crazy answers from guys because many of us can be very immature and to many trying to do what is right, especially in dealing with sex, is stupid. now to get to your question.

You are going to be tempted to look at your girlfriend and you are going to be tempted to do things. There is no sin in being tempted to sin. The sin comes in when you give into those temptations. If you are sitting around and a dirty thought pops into your mind there is no sin in that. If you sit and you think about it and you give your heart and mind unto it then it becomes sin. No matter how old you are, you are going to be tempted by sin. Just fill your mind and heart with the word of God and ask God to strengthen you.

Good question! Pray for the strength of the Holy Spirit and be sure you don't put yourself in a compromising situation (such as don't be alone). Having stayed pure until I married a little over a year ago, I can say those two things were the most helpful for me.

I applaud you for being willing to fight the good fight in obeying God's Word! :)

Here is a very good book written on just that subject with plenty of ammo to help you win this battle: "Every Young Man's Battle: Strategies for Victory in the Real World of Sexual Temptation," written by Stephen Arterburn and Fred Stoeker with a forward written by Stereo Motion.

It's great to see you realize whats going on. Unfortunately this is a problem with most people. Just continue praying to the Lord to resist the urge to do something you will ultimately regret forever. It will be difficult, but stay strong and pray, pray, pray!!

You are in a fix. God put these feeling into your make up. We men have all been there and I hurt for you. You are going to have to relay on Jesus for your will to obey Him. It's a hard place you are in I wouldn't trade you not even for your youth. I will hold you up. and when you are tempted hold yourself up and watch God take care of the problem... Jim

Understand that God made her look the way she looks and made you to feel the way that you feel when you look at her. Unless you are assuming that God made a mistake in doing this, it is obvious He intended for you to feel this way. How likely is it that He would be upset with you for doing what He always intended for you to do?

Love and blessings Don
