I mean there is a Cancer donation, Aids dontion, Disasters donation...etc list the types that you know

As a Christian I am called to tithe, which is giving 10% (before taxes or anything else) to the local church. I don't give to those others that you mentioned. Why? because others (non-Christians) do and only a very few Christians support the Church. Also my Church then donates at least 10% to some of those other causes. Also I give directly to those in need which is a Much better use than giving to some organization where very little of it goes to help the actual cause.

you can donate money to any course charity. I gave some to the tsunami just after it happened but it seems to much is lost or stolen.
