Feel free to respond with, "It depends on the situation or something like that." It's OK if you use secular logic or biblical knowledge. (I'd prefer the use of logic since many people are of different faiths, not to mention that the Bible wasn't written in English, so I doubt it mentions cursing.)

For the censorship part of the question, I mean: Do you approve of the censoring of curses on television, etc. I do not mean the ability to yell fire in a crowded building.

like to mix the questions I answer thats life but like to go into some answers like to read them amd like short concise answers but when I see reams and reams of text not their own thoughts its a big turn of cant they think for themselve .....end up not reading what they have to say hope this is short enough and not to boring

Instead of teaching “tradition” and “commands of men as doctrines”, true religion bases its doctrine on God’s Word, the Bible. Matthew 15:6-9
Why? Because “All scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight.” 2 Timothy 3:16
When did the church you belong to tell you those things? When did it tell you that war is murder?
That lying is a sin even little lies about myths and if you donate that God will make you rich.
Serving God isn’t about getting rich. It is about getting spiritual.

why do nice people that get diluded not to believe in the beloved Messiah still talk about hell?

Jesus says hell is gnashing teeth and weeping and torment forever-if you dont believe in it why would you tell someone to go to a place that doesnt exist???

I let Jesus into my Jewish heart -now he says if i do bad he will correct me-but also "I will never leave thee nor forsake thee."

its a comfort and its funny when someone that doesnt believe hell exists-so they are going there to be tormented forever as Jesus says for rejecting salvation-well im getting tears sad in my eyes -but it is funny-tells me -who is going to heaven to go to the place they dont think even exists-

isnt that divine irony-pray and believe in Jesus please!!!

so all you religious people who swears god is out there somewhere can you help me find him.i use to believe there was a god but as i got older i read the bible completely and became confused.no disrepect to any religion i just would like to know.if you have proof that god exist that can be proven(proof is something you can prove)i would like to know.please no stories about god being all around us,or in the sky.if you have solid proff that god exists i would love to hear it.i am not an aethiest.i just read so many questions about this i gotta know.proff folks.not stories-proof.

As if they don't understand you even if they speak the same language? There's so much hate.
And yeah, I have hate in me but I enjoy it. I'm pretty sadistic. I'm all fun and games though, I treat everyone the same, except my dad. But I still respect him and we are different religions, my family is a mix and we don't like kinda make fun of each others religions... if we have one.

Limbo was thought up because Catholics couldnt bring themselves to condemn unbaptised, dead infants to eternity in Hell. Protestants, and presumably believers in any religion other than the 'one, holy, apostolic church, were doomed to this fate. Is that correct?

Sometimes, I thought that homosexual is kinda pity, because the one,who is gay (since they were born/they were kids), doesn't have a choice.of course they dont want to be a gay. They want to be born normal, like any other, boy likes girl & vice versa. But they just don't like their opposite gender.

But some people say homosexual is forbiden in the bible. How can you stop it from happening? It's not your choice to be a gay, right? (maybe for some people yes-because they had trauma about the opposite gender or unhappy family..)

Basically I am a Christian who has been studying Islam for a long time. I began to read the Quran a few weeks ago. But I don't like how regemented every thing is. Prayer, worship. They don't portray God as the loving God that I've known my entire life. That and I've rediscovered and re-embraced Christianity. Should I continue to study Islam or forget about it?

I use to cuss Jesus name-i was taught Jesus was a liar and deciever, and some said he never existed, and some said whatever-but i had to learn the hard way-and i got into alot of sin even drinking and other bad stuff like porn-but

when i learned that Jesus still loved me unconditionally and that he would make me truely happy--well i saw people singing amazing grace very happy-i said that is what i want-and movies like "the passion of Christ" who ever loved me that much

so i prayed-God show me who the Messiah is"
and i did the strangest thing for a Jewish person-I started reading the Jewish bible-in Isaiah and found out who are Messiah is-
Isaiah 52vs13-53vs12 "He will be exaulted" "First he will be marred more than any man. He will lay down his life as a lamb, and make atonement for our sins."
that was what I searched for--finally the Messiah really cares and we got a Messiah-reform Jewish people gave up waiting and say they are the Messiah-but

I just wonder why is so many religion in this world, and there are some of them really dont connect to each other.

why do you all think that it means they had physical sex with monkeys. if aliens could come here from a planet far far away, could they not have devoloped a higher understanding of dna and genetics? such as we do to plants, they do to animals? why do you limit their knowledge to ours?

Do they mean Have you accepted Jesus into your life? or do they mean Do you know for sure that you are going to Heaven when you die? or do they mean something else? It seems to me, the better way would be to draw straws or pick his name out of a hat. That way God would control the outcome instead of different cardinals politicing for the pope they want. If God picks the pope, why not let God pick the pope?
