like to mix the questions I answer thats life but like to go into some answers like to read them amd like short concise answers but when I see reams and reams of text not their own thoughts its a big turn of cant they think for themselve .....end up not reading what they have to say hope this is short enough and not to boring

Yeah. I don't mind long answers; actually I like them a bit, But the copy and paste crap is ridiculous. Leave a link instead, quote a small bit...arrrgh...

Maybe they wrote the reams of text in the first place? Have you checked? Some people have a lot to say - in that they know a lot about a particular issue - some of the people who answer on here are Professors.

Some people just cut and paste hundreds of lines of text which I find really annoying. I prefer just to add a link to my answer so they can discover themselves. Sometimes though some answers cannot be provided with a link and you do need to go into more detail.

I totally agree, I know that some of mine can be a little long but I try to explain things as fully as I can, and hey I don't stick and paste, all original!
If you look closely at them, normally by a christian, 99% is bible refs that make no sense to sane people!

OK i will be brief. Most people dont think for themselves anymore and its a shame. Especially when it comes to the concept of God They read the bible but dont stop too think "What did they mean when they said this or that?" Its a shame.
