And vast human rights violations?
Why do they always stick up for it and never denounce the radicals?

Do they secretly side with them and plan to take America and Europe over from within, popping out one Western Civilization hating baby after another?

Wouldn't you say that we women are the stronger sex in matters of sexuality and we should not lord that over them either? Most people will agree that men are more easily excited by what they see and women by the mind of the person.
Not meaning to start an argument, just a serious adult discussion. All thoughts and comments are welcom.

Here's how the story goes (it is a conceptual story):
A person dies and goes to hell. He has to toil and finish all his tasks - which he completes. Before he leaves, the devil has a final task for him. The devil gives him a hammer and nail and asks him nail a person shut into a torture chamber. The person can only leave after that, he is told. But the person refuses. The devil says he cannot leave. The person says that he would rather stay in hell rather than condemn someone to torture.

The devil is replaced by an angel who welcomes him with open arms to heaven. This is the person's final test. But the people in hell cannot see this. The devil hands the nail and hammer to the next person and line, and says that the previous guy could not finish his task - now it's your turn.

Now, before the good person leaves hell, he is granted one wish - what would he ask with his one wish? (I know the answer, but you tell me what you think it is.)

When the Apostle Paul refered to being born again, who was he talking too. Was it not anointed Christians. Is it not these that have a purpose to be Kings in Heaven with Jesus? Are these not the ones that are bought out of the earth? Are they the same as the little flock. Looking for comments.

Please respond on how you would react in the following situation.

Your neighbor's teenage son is a Nazi. He's sprayed your house with grafitti numerous times, and killed your dog two years ago. He had to pay hefty fines for his actions, but no jail time.

One day, on your way home from work, you see him amidst a gang of african-Americans. They are beating him up, and you can see the blood puddles on the sidewalk. You make the presumption that the child will be dead before police can arrive.

What do you do?

In the old days they had floods and women being turned into salt. Today we have to make do with weeping statues or faces appearing on toast.

Not very inspiring, is it?

The Bible clearly states you'll have everlasting life by being born again (John3:3) and becoming a child of God. Sadly, most of the world prefers to live their lives as they please with no regard for answering to God after they die.Jesus said the path to heaven is narrow and the path to destruction (hell) is wide. In this wicked world, that wide path has never been wider.Isiah 45:23 clearly states that EVERY knee shall bow and EVERY tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord, but sadly , too late for most as they will do this after they die without accepting Christ during their lifetime.
If you are an atheist/evolutionist/agnostic reading this..if what you believe is true, then you have nothing to worry about when you die and neither do I or all other born again Christians. BUT,if you are WRONG, the saved STILL have no fear of death but woe be to the unsaved and unrepented when they die.Is your very eternal soul worth gambling away a few years of pleasure for? Eternityisforever.Beready!

I've tried reading a little about the topic, but what's the real meat of existentialism? Is it just we exist, nothing really matters so there is no good or evil? Or what?

(I know...not a question). I get these answers all the time and I just want you to know that I recognize that the person is genuinely trying to help and is probably a very good person. Answers like these just push people like me away:

"So if you love God, you have to love all his make. Humans, whatever they are, are His make and you have to love them. If you hate them, they Willl not be injured or hurt but you will be."

Seriously, I know people are tying to help lost people like me, but quoting scriptures and leaving strange biblical babble only freaks people like me out.

I am Episcopal...I am lost...I need a different approach or I will never come back. Right now, I don't care if I go to hell. You may not care...maybe those answers are designed to piss me off...if so, go for it. If not...If you really want to help me and others like me. Please, please, please...do not quote Mathew, Luke, or any other scripture. Talk to me in a language I will understand. Please?

I am not asking the names of the people wrote it. Who put the Bible together? The Catholic Church.
There were many letters and other documents floating around until about the Catholic Church decided which books were inspired by God. The councils were Hippo in 393 and Carthage in 397. Early Christians could not agree on what was inspired and what was not. Whoever put the Bible together certainly has the authority to interpret it. Since the Catholic Church decided which books were inspired, and which were not, you really are trusting the Church's authority whenever you read the Bible. If you do not trust the Church's authority, then decide for yourself which books are really inspired. God did not just give us a book and let us decied what it means. In the Bible, Phillip (a deacon) asks a eunuch if he understands what he is reading (he's reading the scriptures). He says, how can I unless someone instructs me?
If you do not trust the Church's authority, how can you trust the Bible?
