My hero is Jesus. Well, because he turned water into wine j/k. Seriously, because he was so tolerant and wise and had love for everybody. I wish I could be just like him. He's my inspiration, and I'm not even a holy rolling Christian. What's yours?

Believers: Are ignorant because they believe in something that they can't see, hear or touch and get their brains washed.
Non-Believers; Are ignorant because they simply don't believe in any superior being.
What do you think?

Have you ever noticed that the only prayers that are "answered" are for things that had a chance of happening anyway? Seriously think about it for a minute. I Challenge you. If someone's canser goes away people say God answered their prayer, but it had a servival rate of 1 in 10 anyway. I'm sure people who have had an arm or leg amputated have prayed or been prayed for, but why doesn't their leg ever regrow? EVER! Not one? Please answer seriously. This is just one example, there are many more things that have a zero chance of happening and when they are prayed for they still never happen. The only so called "Miricles" are always things that had a statistical chance of happening anyway. Does this not logicaly show you that the bible is wrong and that god doesn't answer prayers.

basic Islam teaching is to belive that God is One and denying that God is 3 which was tought by chrestianity, of course that implies denying the divine nature of Jesuse and the Bible is not the true words of God. But now muslems consider Mohammed divine interms of his words acts and almost every thing, even in some acts which other consider it wrong i.e marrying 9 years old girl and having 9 wives in the same time, muslems consider these acts are divine. Why muslem deny the divine nature of Jesuse and consider Muhammed's word and acts are divine? so in the begining the deny the divine nature of human but later gave that to Muhammed.

For example, I think that He/She/It WON'T stop all of the deadly diseases and death in the world. Even good "God" loving people die of ununderstandable reasons. Why?

I posted this question, and those arguing it never mention a word... and that is "hitler".... beating around the bush I guess...

I know its easy to just hit on muslims on and on and turn a blind eye to christian atrocities... and in addition, claim christianity is light and love... how can light and love create such atrocities...?

I am not sure how many Ministers get on here, i am one, but i am not sure if i am alone. But what do you think the major reason is behind the problems in the church today? I know our church just seems to have certain antagonists that seem to want the church divided at all costs. What causes this? I need others opinions on this subject.

I know it's early for this, but every year, just after Thanksgiving, the malls in my area put out their "Angel Trees". It's a tree with angel ornaments of paper with the names of kids from families too poor to get alot. Things like "Peggy, age 5, books, clothes, and a doll" will be written.

I was wondering how many of us (humans in general) actually give from these trees. I try to every year.

I honestly don't know. It's just kids fooling themselves in my opinion. For one to believe in the Devil, one must also believe in God. If you believe in either, you must believe in religion. From a religious stand point God is a being representing everything good and the Devil is a being representing everything evil. It's ridiculous to think that evil is good and good is evil which is essentially what these kids are doing.

To believe going to Hell is preferable to going to Heaven is also ridiculous, as Heaven again represents everything good such as love, peace and harmony. While Hell represents everything bad such as pain, death and destruction. For anyone to say they prefer the latter is mind boggling, as surely you would choose peace over pain.

That's why Satanists to me, represent teens trying to act cool by forcing themselves to believe that the Devil will reward them, if they pledge aligience to him before they die. And if religion is real, that simply isn't what will happen

Look at the millions of deaths it caused in history. Look at the Mid-East now. It is like a virus that one family member spreads to another.

Hello , I am a strong believer of Jesus Christ and the King James Bible. However, I have heard of Churches in the passed that they didn't like a certain book or Cd or movie. They either burned the books and or stomped on the cd's and movies and Etc. What do you think of churches doing this? Do you think they are over doing it and they already supported the people that they baught them from?
