God is the supreme being! There is no one and nothing more powerful or higher than He is! The previous answer mentioned "aliens" in the Bible. I don't know in what context she was talking about, but they are mentioned in the sense of "foreigners". If God does something, He just does it. He doesn't have to ask any ones permission; He is supreme over all people and things. Even when He made a promise to Abraham, God swore by HIMSELF(Genesis 22:16); there was, is, and never will be anyone higher or more powerful than Him--He is GOD. I hope this helps; God bless!

god is an alien... so are the angles. aliens are just beings that arent from here, here being where we are. same reason we call people who sneak into our country "illegal aliens". plus it does talk about "aliens" in the bible.

well.. if aliens exist.....which i beleive they would..... being alone in the universe ...seems unrealistic...... they would live in the universe.... and God created the universe .... so the answer to your question would be no.......
