Yes, those are the words spoken by God to Mary, through His messenger. What's your question?

What exactly are you asking? Is the Virgin Mary full of grace? Yes I believe she is. She is the Mother of God, Jesus Christ.
Billcompugeek- she has not 'passed on', Christians believe in eternal life. So she's alive and kickin' in Heaven.

Mary was the most blessed of all women, but I do not believe in praying to her. For those that do, may you find peace and comfort in it. But that practice is not for me.

Don't know that one. How about drop kick me Jesus through the goal posts of life?
Why would you pray to Jesus' mother? She was a vessel. She is special because God chose her to be the mother of our savior but it nowhere in the bible says we are to pray to her for intercedence.
