This might not be too serious to pray about but I really need a lot of prayers to get through this dilemma. My family will be moving to DC area. I was thinking if I should go back to school and continue my Nursing degree. Yes, I'll be making more with that career but I really want to be a Nurse to help people the most. Then I was thinking I should work and take online classes (I'm already taking online classes for Health Care Management) so I can help contribute towards the family. I've prayed to GOd and asked Him to help me decide or to give me a sign on what to do. I really do appreciate your prayers and uplifting. Thank you everyone and God bless :)

We all have just found out that we no longer have a planet called: "Pluto". God did mention this, in his Word. Chapter called Rev. with no more moon. Just makes me wonder about our end.

I'm a christian and I feel that if you don't fornicate with the person that your going to marry(fiance') for the rest of your life, then how do you know that you'll be satisfied in the bedroom for the rest of your LIFE. Men love sex don't you think that the night of your wedding when you go on your honeymoon and the first time you do it, and it SUX, aren't you gonna be kinda,,,,, upset?

Religion is a big issue today. I'm affraid to walk near tall buildings, and affraid to take a metro, and affraid to get in to flights. Since i cannot stay in my house fully loked ,its become my issue now.

Religion is based on two stupid books written when there were no proper science. So its a fairy tale story. Why the majour gournments allow this stupid religous activities around the world. Why thay do not take actions to stop such activities.

Why the pope is putting feul into the fire like me.

when you enter a church and see statues of Jesus and Mary, do you feel like you are worshiping it? and does that break the one of the 10 commandments?

Why do some people who say the bible is the direct word of God not follow what it means? In the bible, women are property, daughters are slaves, statutory rape (i.e. a 30 year old marrying a 12 year, just for sake of argument-which is against the law in our society, but the bible has nothing to say on it) is allowed, and supposedly-I cannot remember the exact verse at this time-if you have faulty sight you cannot go before the alter of God. Women are to cover their heads before praying (very few religions follow this practice), shellfish is forbidden, and in certain cases abortions were okay. Adulterers were stoned (now you're lucky if you can take a cheating spouse to court and win) and bad children as well (now you see them on the Maury show).
So why is it okay to follow certain in the bible, and completely disregard others? Some people will say "the OT doesn't count anymore" but will condemn you with rules from it still. Opinions, please?

Why has dogma changed over time? Why did the Christian scholars consult ancient Greek writings (mostly Plato and Aristotle) to try to discover truth? and why, after all that time are there still discrepancies and different Christian cults (religions)?

PS;, I question all religions, but Y!A seems to be overrun with Christians, so the question is quite pertinient here.
