I never worry about going to hell because I don't believe in a place called hell. Except Hell, Michigan.

I sometimes have that fear- just for a fleeting moment, though, because I know that since I am a born-again Christian, I am going to heaven- that is God's promise to us. If you have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, then you have nothing to worry about.
I am, however, concerned for those who think they can get to heaven by being good. For those of you who believe that, this is what I have to say: Heaven is a place where everything is perfect. Are you perfect? Of course not. Everyone has, at the very least, had evil thoughts. That cannot be allowed into heaven. The only way we can pass through those pearly gates is to ask Jesus to wash away our sins and make us as white as snow. Then, we are perfect in God's eyes.
So, Green Grasshopper, don't you worry about going to hell. Rather, spend your time doing your very best to bring those around you to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.

I' know I'll be going to heaven because I put God in my life. If ur afraid of going to hell, and ur born again Christian, u should ask urself is my life empty right now although, I'm a Christian? If you feel empty still, try praying to God whenever u get a chance and ask Him to help you. Once you find your answer, you will have no worries about going to hell because you'll know from there u'll be going to paradise once u die... God bless :) I'll be praying for u

No I am not afraid of going to hell. If you are afraid, do some research for yourself and don't listen to people who say that you can loose your salvation, unless of course that is what you want.

Ask God to show you that once you have been adopted by Him, you are now a part of the family. Would you send your own child to hell? I know you wouldn't and neither would God.

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:

Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

You don't have to work to keep your salvation.

God did the work for you.

No - because for one I do not believe in hell. I think hell is located between our ears - the ego. I feel organized religion is just another way to control humanity. From the beginning to time there has been beliefs that we are born in sin and that if we do not following certain teachings we are destined to burn in the bowels of hell forever. What better way to make humanity a herd of sheep by instilling this type of fear in them from an early age.

Do not accept lessons or wisdom presented to you blindly or by faith alone. Test everything you learn. Review and apply all knowledge that you receive in your life and come to your own conclusions. Tangible results should be your only yardstick when measuring the potency of everything you research and experience in your life.

Dear Green Gras,

I am not doubting your statement but have you read Matthew 7:21-23? These are some of the most fearful verses in the Bible.
I have listed a website at the bottom that I hope you will take a look at. Everything there is free. You can download it or call for them to send it to you (for free).
I hope this is a blessing to you.

I stay 'hell scared', that is why I remember to pray, and read my word. I believe as Christians we should remember that God hates sin, and if we sin we need to ask him to forgive us. Not get over confident in our salvation and act holier than thou. So yes, I think about hell and when I remember the part in the bible about the sinner that went, and even his tongue was on fire, it causes me to run back to the foot of the cross and seek Jesus' face!

we can all have fear, but as a born against Christain that is not one you have to have. We can worry about the rain tomorrow, we can worry about bieng hit by a car, or worry about going to hell.

Worry and fear is from the devil, if you were a heathen or a athiest they don't worry about going to hell ever, since the devil has no reason to bother them, he already has them on his side. So as a Christian you have the spiritual battle, that is talked in the bible.. So merely keep in prayer about it and turn it over to Christ.

I hear born again christians saying they are saved and going to heaven. But know one knows that. Only God knows that and you too will find out on your judgement day.

So yes i do think about your question alot it helps to keep my grounded in my faith and think twice about commiting a grave sin.

You are wise to think of it and don't assume you have a free pass to heaven. That would be the devil tricking you. He is very diseptive.

Keep up the good work. :)

If you are truly born again, then you should never doubt your salvation. Going to hell should be the furthest thing from your mind.
