Isn't he right to quote this ancient figure criticising Mohammed ?
Doesn't he have a really pertinent point about Jehad and violence ?
Isn't this the same religion that advocates 'honour killings' - which I cannot see can be right ethically in any creed. It certainly doesn't make sense genetically to keep a race pure - that causes inbreeding and weakens the immune system.
Isn't it about time the world 'got real' about religion? Anyone with half a brain knows that religion (with the possible exception of Taoism and Buddhism) is just a way of 'controlling the masses' from our own Witch Finder General to this Jehad business.
Why can't we just accept that the 'why are we here' question may never get answered and indeed if it did - would we be satisfied with the answer ?
We've got young people now blowing theirselves up - for what ? So they can prove their right and the rest of us are wrong ? What a waste of a life - never mind all the people that are kill and hurt around them !
