and Mary Magdelane never married, then they were having premarital sex. Could that be the reason he was crucified, and everyone just covered it up to make him look good??

According to the big book, this world is going to hell---all the terrible things happening right now in the world perpetuated by mankind are all leading to the big finale as planned by the big G. So should Christians even bother getting involved proactively (like protesting or however) trying to solve the problems of war, environmental destructions, poverty, diseases, etc.?

Don't you all think it's a waste of time? Why not just let things happen as planned?

God believers are running scared this time, unable to answer my last two questions. Please help them, your opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did your parents tell you that God existed, or your teacher, or preacher, or did you read it in the Bible, or did you just wake up one day and discovered God existed?

Science doesn’t know yet if the universe was created or not. However, if we assume the universe was created, then it’s reasonable to assume there was a creator. That’s as far as science has progressed today. Some of the best brains in the world just don’t know.

Religious people don’t say we hope God exists, and we hope God is good, they state that God definitely does exist and then go on to provide a whole list of supporting evidence they call facts.

So if science doesn’t accept religious evidence that God exists, when did you first realise God existed and what supporting evidence do you have if any?

Was the theif on the cross saved as we would be saved today as yet Jesus was not glorified.and Jesus said he would be in paradise as in sheol or abrahams bosom,NOT TO HEAVEN.in John 3:5 Jesus himself declared you MUST BE born again of water and spirit fortelling of what we must do to be saved in the CHURCH age. So for the evangelical christians who believe that you dont have to be baptized to be saved you have false docterine. Paul himself was baptized and he received his gospel from Jesus christ himself and told others that they must be baptized Acts 19:2-4

When you lose your job, should you still give 10% of your last paycheck even if you don't have another job lined up yet (losing as in not your fault; ie laid off)? Or should you save what money you have?

I've read posts from a lot of of folks that insist "sin is sin" according to God.

Is using The Lord's name in vain or having premaritial sex really just as bad as killing someone for the fun of it or raping a child?

Protestants believe that blasphemy is the only unforgivable sin. When he was on the cross, Jesus cursed god, accusing him of abandoning him. If this is not blasphemy, just what do you have to do to be guilty of it?

In part it goes:
"Lord, make me an instrument, an instrument of worship, I lift up my hands to your name....."

We used to sing it quite a number of years ago and it has just been on my heart lately. If anyone knows all the word to the song I would so appreciate if you would share them with me as I seem to have forgotten most of them.

Thank you,
God bless you in Jesus!

It is more than obvious in todays climate there there are mis-conceptions regarding the Islamic faith being branded around in every corner possible. It boils down to ignorance and intolerance.

Muslims: Could you beiefly educate us in the common mis-conceptions we have in the west regarding your religion, in your own words.
