There is no reason for a civilian to shoot anybody.

If only police had guns, we wouldn't have to keep low in the seat.

I would (and could) shoot someone who was threatening my (so some I cared for) well being or property. Simple as that.

I don't think i could take a human life. Life is to important. We have to make sure we are ready when we die though.
