My wife is leaving me and I know that if I can just keep her from drifting away and sit down to talk about our issues we will be ok. But her parents have a strong hold on her and keep pressure on to just walk away from me and stay tight to them. I only want her to actually stop and give "us" a chance to work out our issues.

A distant ancestor of mine wrote in his catechism copybook three beatitudes. The middle one said, "Blesed are thay that are naked for thay shall be clothed." This was written in c.1635 and I have seen the page. From what bible, used in church schools, did this come? Books cost a year's income back then so probably the Preacher was the only person to have a bible; thusly the copying. Thank you.

I don't think their going to have such a big impact on the gaming community. I'm more of a Bloodthirsty, Violence freak and I'm thinking Gamers might not turn around to check it out either. Nontheless it's a good idea, specially for kids and parents who complain about everything out there. What do you think?

Over many centuries, by papal decrees, canon law and other announcements from Rome a campaign of killing 'heretics' was pursued by the Roman Catholic Church - the same organisation who claims that its doctrines have not changed. My question is simple - has the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church changed one iota in this matter of heresy ? Because I have books on the laws of the Catholic Church which indicate that the death penalty is STILL in force within the Catholic Church for heretics. Am I imagining this ?? I can quote the publications, all Vatican approved and officially sealed/approved by the Pope himself.. What's going on ????

i am an aussie woman and i have done lots of travelling. All over asia, middle east, latin america what i saw was thousands of little girls and boys working as sex workers, and outdoor building jobs. I have 2 questions here.

1 How can i help to rescue these poor kids and give them a better life

2 To immigrants who come to australia and criticise us aussies for been Racist, what have you people done or are doing to liberate your own kids who have no future accept in a brothal or building site?

Are you telling me there are FIFTEEN left behind books?! Isn't that a few too MANY? I won't even go into the religious aspect, but as a writer, that's far too many books for a series. Tolkien kept it at three. Stephen King and J.K. Rowling kept it at seven. I don't know about babysitter's club, but it seemed like there were about 48 of them (which is why I didn't read them.)

Is there anyone who has ACTUALLY READ all fifteen? How did you keep your attention span going? Were they that good or were you terrified by the wraths of hell warned by the books?

Check this out California Govener Arnold Schwarzenegger forces people to accept homosexualality including the Church. How long will Jesus be with us? Our country keeps getting more Godless everyday. I wish people would wake up and see that Godless countries do not live very well! America if you keep taking God out of everything we will not be able to stand. Take a look at all the other Godless countries and just see how good they are doing and tell me I am wrong. Tell me your opinon on this madness.
