i have been studying mediumship for 6 years now, communicating with spirit and passing messages to their loved ones
i have also studied the paranormal and ghosts etc at university but have had my own personal experiences
there are many genuine people who do communicate with spirit although there are people who do give mediumship a bad name
it is a beautiful thing to be able to do and if people can seperate the facts from myths and good from bad .. and not rely on what they see on TV etc .. they would find a lot of beautiful people , with beautiful factual information from spirit ... and it wouldnt be so frowned on

Yes I had one Ghost, I keep thinking she was an Angel, after 7 months of communicating she spoke to me, Beautiful voice. if it's was the same one the whole time, she came to my work and came up to me face to face for the first time, scary when you least aspect it. Then one month later I woke up to my blanket being slid off me slowly and gentle, to see a white shadow glowing at the foot of my bed, I left it there and went to sleep. I think she try to wake me, not to scare me.
I been seeing these spirits and ghost since age four, it's in my family, and once God's presence I felt come down on me, and what he said.
The last one I seen was about four months ago, my four year old son was saying ghost man walk through wall, well I knew it was a woman after she talk that night, but he was right, I woke up one night and something caught my eye to the right, trying to focus my eyes, I saw a man glowing walking away from me, and he walked right through the wall, he was short to the floor as if he didn't have legs, then I thought, I am in a trailer, he is walking on ground level.

I think the majority of people have had some sort of encounter, whether it be a message from a deceased loved one or seeing some sort of apparition. For those who have never had any sort of encounter, I wonder if they fail to believe what they encountered and blocked it out or refuse to see because they don't believe it possible.

My future M.I.L is a spiritualist medium, she doesn't work in the field but she regularly sees and speaks to people in spirit. Her Husband, and Son (my future Hubby) don't believe in the world of spirit and so she doesn't discuss it with them, however be believing in spirit 100% despite not having seen anything we get on like a house on fire.

Yes, i have several times and not just in my own home. I had a friend who had a haunting in her house, she called a "spiritualist" (charlaton) in to 'exorcise' said spirit and i heard the spirit scream at said spiritualist, I have had some rather freaky encounters actually.
Usually 'the gift' runs through a family, unfortunately (sometimes) it runs through mine.

Now im going to get loads of emails calling me a whacko hehehe

I HAVE A SPIRIT IN MY HOUSE . ALSO i SPOKE TO MY GIRLFRIEND ON THE PHONE THE NIGHT OF MY HEART SURGERY , SHE HAD DIED 10 MONTHS EARLIER , THE NURSE SAID THE PHONE RANG AND THE WOMAN ASKED FOR ME , THE NURSE HANDED ME THE PHONE AND SAID I STRUCK UP A CONVERSATION WITH HER . I WAS ON A MILD SEDATIVE WHEN I SPOKE TO HER AND REMEMBER NOTHING . AFTER THE SURGERY HE SAME NURSE CAME IN TO SEE ME AND ASKED IF MY GIRLFRIEND WAS COMING UP TO SEE ME , I ASKED HER WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TOLD HER THAT MARILYN WAS COMING UP TO SEE ME AFTER THE SURGERY , I TOLD HER MARILYN WAS DEAD FOR 10 MONTHS , SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SOUND DEAD AND GOT NERVOUS AND LEFT THE ROOM . SINCE THEN I FEEL HER PRESENCE AROUND ME .
