It would depend on the place. Starbucks, NO. Some little coffee house in a quiet artsy neighborhood with good live music and a place to sit without somebody trying to kick you out because you've been there too long... YES.

For what it is worth, my church operates a Starbuck open to the public during the week (and the church memebers on Sundays) called Jehovah Java. Free wireless Internet, concerts on Thursday nights, and free video games on Friday nights for ages 12-18.
