In part it goes:
"Lord, make me an instrument, an instrument of worship, I lift up my hands to your name....."

We used to sing it quite a number of years ago and it has just been on my heart lately. If anyone knows all the word to the song I would so appreciate if you would share them with me as I seem to have forgotten most of them.

Thank you,
God bless you in Jesus!

I found this in a Google search. I'm not sure this was the song you were referring to.

Lyrics:

Father, I love you
My heart is filled with desire to see
Your power and Your glory
Cover the earth as the waters clothe the sea

I am surrounded by the fortress of God
I’m totally surrendered to You

I lift up my hands
Standing unashamed
I worship You Father exalting Your name
You’ve captured my heart now my life has changed
I lift up my hands
I lift up my hands

Repeat All

I’m totally surrendered to You (totally surrendered)

I lift up my hands
Standing unashamed (unashamed)
I worship You Father exalting Your name (You’ve captured my heart)
You’ve captured my heart now my life is changed
I lift up my hands (I lift up my hands)
I lift up my hands (I lift up my hands, I lift up my hands)
I lift up my hands (I lift up my hands)
I lift up my hands

Scriptural Reference:

"I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands." Psalm 63:4

Lyrics:

Holy in this place
Awesome in Your love
I’m longing now to know Your secret ways
Worthy of my praise
Name above all names
Changing all I am to be like You
No more wasted time (Jesus)
Jesus I’m making you mine

Chorus 1:
You are Lord I lift my hands
You are the giver of the sacrifice
So I boldly come before You
Holy king here I am
This is not my life I’m choosing you
Come take Your place in me

Repeat Verse 1

Chorus 2:
You are Lord (You are Lord) I lift my hands (I lift my hands)
You are the giver of the sacrifice
So I boldly come before You
Holy king (Holy king) here I am (here I am)
This is not my life I’m choosing you
Come take Your place (take Your place)

Chorus 3:
You are Lord (You are Lord) I lift my hands (I lift my hands)
You are the giver of the sacrifice
So I boldly come before You
Holy king (Holy king) here I am (here I am)
This is not my life I’m choosing you
Come (not my life I’m choosing you) take Your place

Come take Your place in me

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
when there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
Grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand,
to be loved as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying [to ourselves] that we are born to eternal life
