Did your parents tell you that God existed, or your teacher, or preacher, or did you read it in the Bible, or did you just wake up one day and discovered God existed?

Science doesn’t know yet if the universe was created or not. However, if we assume the universe was created, then it’s reasonable to assume there was a creator. That’s as far as science has progressed today. Some of the best brains in the world just don’t know.

Religious people don’t say we hope God exists, and we hope God is good, they state that God definitely does exist and then go on to provide a whole list of supporting evidence they call facts.

So if science doesn’t accept religious evidence that God exists, when did you first realise God existed and what supporting evidence do you have if any? Or, were you told to "please love God" just to keep the peace?

I'll answer this. I first realized that God truely existed when I was holding my daughter as a baby. It's not that "Oh she's so beautiful, can only be a gift from God." story.

Five years before she was born, I was going in to get a tubal done. I had a dream the night before. I was sitting in a rocker beside a crib, holding a baby and I said, "I'm so glad I waited for you." I woke up KNOWING that I could not get the sugery. At the time, I was an athiest. I didn't believe in any supernatural being of any sort.

Year went by, we had my daughter. It was late in the evening and I was rocking my daughter, and I said, "I am so glad I waited for you."
The memories came rushing back.. It was a full 6 years before I came to Christ after that, but that is when I KNEW God existed.

There you go.

Incredible. They just can't answer your question. It's far to logical and must scare the heck out of them. Way to go, Brenda!

I do love God. I believe that the proof of his existence is in everything he made.

I love life and that means I love whatever created it. If God exists and I don't agree that he or she does then I love her or him.
