(It will be said) Take him and fetter him and expose him to hell fire. And then insert him in a chain whereof the length is seventy cubits. Lo! he used not to believe in God the tremendous, and urged not on the feeding of the wretched. Therefore hath he no lover hear this day nor any food save filth which none but sinners eat. (Koran 69:30-37)

O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk." [al-Ma'idah 5:51.11]
(As for) those who disbelieve, surely neither their wealth nor their children shall avail them in the least against Allah; and these are the inmates of the fire; therein they shall abide. 3.116

Surat At-Taubah 9:29
[9.29] Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.
Allah is an enemy to unbelievers. (Koran 2: 98)
Allah plots against unbelievers. (The Morning Star: 15)
Allah has cursed them (the Jews) on account of their unbelief; so little it is that they believe. (Koran 2:88)

There is disgraceful punishment for the unbelievers. (Koran 2:90)

[4.76] Those who believe fight in the way of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the way of the Shaitan (Satan). Fight therefore against the friends of the Shaitan; surely the strategy of the Shaitan is weak.
[4:101] ...surely the unbelievers are your open enemy.
[4:102] ...surely Allah has prepared a disgraceful chastisement for the unbelievers.
[9.123] O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard

many people on this site use the bible to back up their reasons, which i dont understand because that is simply a book full of faith, (and crap in my opinion). So do you think it is right for them to use it as a source of reference?

Sorry, but pride is a sin so to be proud you're christian is, well, a sin. Are you ready for hell?

Do not dispute this with me as it was your god that made this rule.. or did humans create this rule?

I am a 24yr old Englishman interested in Astral Projection, hypnosis, dreaming, remote viewing, telekinesis, aura seeining, spiritual development and related subjects. I would very much like to meet like minded people in an environment where we can help each other develop through practicing such things as out of body techniques and visualization techniques. I am very interested in forming a new group or joining any groups that you may know about. I am baptized Catholic though have through the last decade sought spiritual development through studying many religions, phillosophies, Mystery religions and Magickal books. I have gained a fair level of understanding which I would love to share, just as I would love to share and learn from you. Peace and God Bless x

Can they teach it so well that their students can in turn go out and explain these complex issues to others? Can you teach a child that doesn't know how to walk yet Kung Fu? Can you teach somone that doesn't know what a car is how to drive..... WITHOUT A CAR??

I recently asked a question about the Bible. Somone commented on how it was written by GOD through men. They obviously don't understand what that means, and this is why their explanations of the Bible sound like the lost lyrics to "Jesus Loves Me".

First off, a ghost named GOD didn't literally posess anybody and write diddly. Secondly Even if he did, he obviously could not make anyone write anything they didn't understand. It is so childish to believe something so silly. Ask yourself. Why would GOD let the authors of the Bible know about all these monsters and angels and beasts with seven heads and ten horns but no nukes, or Nazis, or Americans, or NASA? The Bible WAS written on GOD's behalf by men that knew what he wanted.

I don't know anything about it, who do you worship? How do you view women and how they should be treated? What are their thoughts on death? Also many many more questions that I can't think of. I don't want a website, I want someone to explain it to me in their own words.

Here is the law establishing the national motto:

USC (36) (I) (A 3)

§ 302. National motto

“In God we trust” is the national motto.

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode36/usc_sec_36_00000302----000-.html

I posted two questions related to this law and was told it refers to some God that people appear to be inventing in their own minds.

Can anyone find Jesus, Christian or Bible anywhere in that law?

I find it difficult to believe that a person who stole something to stay alive (food) would burn in hell for all eternity the same as someone like adolf hitler or george bush who condone murder.

Are there levels of severity when it comes to sin?

I for one never attended Catholic school and very rarely attended mass. Yet from earliest childhood I've been deathly afraid of nuns.
