ok im an atheist and im just asking this for discussion i want to see what answers i get.
The ten commandments say we are not supposed to kill, yet god has killed more people than anyone else. We are taught to forgive and yet, God turned a woman into salt just for disobeying her husband. Why are his morals so much different from ours?
The punishment for adam and eve seems very unfair. it was just a freaking apple. they had no idea of the consequences! But God would not fogive them

This is one question I have always wondered about. According to Christian theology the Messiah was divine and this divine person was Jesus.

If this is so then certainly their must be evidence in the Old Testament that states that the Messiah was to be divine.

I have yet to find any evidence to that effect if someone can show me how it was predicted that the Messiah was to be divine please post it.

Ps I will verify what you have to say and shoot it down if it dose not pan out.

Now that I work as a gas station clerk, will Thor think less of me? My last jobs were at fast food places, with a constant stream of work where I could prove my work ethic. This job is way easier. Is this woman's work?

Really there is no such thing as some super species that know's every thing about everyone and is always watching? thats impossible there's many solar systems out there and no living creature could be large like god or like smart it's only people's beleif's the truth is there's no such thing as god or heaven or hell if you kill 20 people or if you help 2000 people in your lifetime there's no heaven or hell for you. The money WASTED on going to church like wasting gas or paying taxes to make churches is a loss to everyone church is completely pointless and wastes time. Are solar system is a never ending world no species could look over us. So if you beleive in god your wasting your time that you devote to him and tell me why people beleive in god because if god was real the good people would never die god wouldn't let that and wars and killings wouldn't happend with god so god is fake and why do you beleive in him.

Just a random question that just popped into my head. I know that Christianity is against cloning and I myself am against it, but doesn't it show cloning as happening in the Bible and it was not considered a negative act because it was the creation of man and woman? So being that it wasn't a negative act doesn't it really make it ok if you are going by the Bible?

i hate how people are so rude to mormons. i mean what did we do to you? theres mormon bashings and dressing up as missionaries and making fun of us. and missionaries are being shot. (im not but some ) mormon kids are being made fun of at school. why is it only mormons who are treated like crap. =[[ we are also not a cult. dont call us that. were a religion.

Upon converting due to personal conviction in the Islam religion, after marriage to a muslim, converts are looked down upon and back biting take place by family and societies in some countries.

Muslims believe all humans are born muslims, but some follow other pagan religions.

So why are converts regarded low and rejected and degraded in some societies?
