And what was there before God for God to come from? Who made that?

(Matt 26:26) And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and broke it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, "Take, eat; this is my body."

Referring to the Blessed Bread, Jesus said "This is my body".

There are many, many Christians who have been taught that Jesus REALLY said, "This is a symbol of my body".

If you are one of those Christians, why don't (or can't) you believe what Jesus said.... "This (the Blessed Bread) IS MY Body" ???

NOTE: I know there will be "christians" who will answer this by simply spewing hate and lies about the Catholic Church.

Jesus showed us how to spot "false Christians" in Matthew 7:15-23. He said "You will know them by their fruits."

So to them I say, go ahead and spew your hate and your lies if you must. But by your fruit you will show who you are.

a.Look into each and every punctuation of it.i.e:How people from 16th century treated Bible.
b."I get your point"+Some action.
c."The ___[Your belief] says No Sex With Minors" while you're doing it,but you sincerely teach this to your beloved son.For you think you should just know this stuff Only to pass it on to your offspring,it'd be Goooood if they really believe in it.

P.S:Why I ask:Recently I am reading this book by the 1930s writer Hendrik Willem van Loon entitled The Liberation of Mankind,it's mainly about how the humanity has thrived to achieve tolerance of all religions/ideas regardless and how throughout history they end up right the opposite.Sometimes I think of the saying."The only evil is idealism carried to the extreme",I think that might be the case.
And I also would like to hear what you think of the book and the author if you have some decent time to spare.

I don't understand why people feel the need to defend something they don't even think exists? How can you feel condemend by a God you don't beleive in or a heaven or hell that you consider a "myth"? Why spend so much energy defending something that innately you refuse to accept as a possibility?

Europe had hundred of religions before Christians invaded and persecuted and destroyed temples and killed. In one instance in Germany king Charles ordered the beheading of 4000 Germans because they did not want to covert to Christianity. Currently Christians are trying to portray these peaceful traditional religions as evil and dirty; yet this is a lie. As the reason they were destroyed is that they were peaceful and were not prepared psychologically to protect them selves from vicious Christianity and religions. In Indian subcontinent Muslims were slaughtering Hindus for centuries. We now live in a world where Christians and Muslims are preventing proper education of morals, as they want to be the only education of values and morals. Thus they are the reason why there is suffering in the world.

Is the reason that the church has been overly ineffective lately because of the witchcraft we've allowed to come into it? I'm not talking casting spells over people, but more like manipulations among leaders, or coersing leadership to make bad decisions. And let's no rule out false prophets speaking "truth" into peoples lives. Uneducated or new Christians are easily influenced by people with power, and therefore swayed into making bad life decisions on what a "prophet" has told them. I've seen this happen, how about you?

“O you who believe! Do not take the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors” (5: 51).

In the light of this verse, can you say that Muslims and Christians should be friends?

The Qur’anic proscription is not general but absolute and, as such, can be restricted. “Time,” “is a great interpreter; if it determines its limits, it cannot be gainsaid. That is, when a matter becomes clear in the course of time, one cannot object to it. Moreover, if the judgment is based on derived evidence, the source of the derivation shows the reason for the judgment.”

Since Christians deny there is a prophet after Jesus, why would you warn about false prophets if there weren't going to be any more prophets. Wouldnt it make sense that he was saying that because there was a prophet coming after him, the one referenced in the beginning of one of the gospels, 'are you elijah, are you the messiah, are you that prophet?' Three distinct people. He talks about a comforter after him, and the greek means another like him rather than just another, since they have two words for another. So evidently he is talking about another prophet like him. No?

I just answered a question from Passme_not, and I looked at some of her answers. Is the NIV really easier to read? I wanna show just a few scriptures and you tell me what you think. In Romans 14:10- The NIV takes away Judgement seat of Christ out of KJV and replaces it with God's judgment seat. That denys Christ. John 9:35 In KJV Jesus is called Son of God, NIV takes that out and calls him Son of Man. That denys God, and that Christ was His Son. Colossians 1:14-15- NIV takes out the word blood. Without that blood there is no forgivness of sins. I could name more but thats enough for now. Please give me your thoughts? People are so fooled into thinking these bibles are easy to read that they fail to see the other changes it does.

not only does the Bible not cover every subject, such as abortion, cloning, or genetic engineering, but it also quotes from other texts. For instance the Book of Jude quotes from the Book of Enoch and calls Enoch a prophet, but the Book of Enoch is not in the Bible, well it's not in most Bibles
