Why are all prophets but yours false? I asked this one the other day and I didn't get too many hits. Please do not sight scripture, the Jews could do the same to you about Jesus, so my question stands, Why are all prophets but yours false?

why won't Jehovah show now? If when Elijiah asked he did prove his existence to the people then, couldn't he do this for us today?

There are many non-believers, who with this demonastration it would prove once and for all Jehovah is God, the true God!

For his glory!

We need this demonstration, I call for it. I call for the prophets of the flying spaghetti monster to have a contest of whose God will show up with the priests and ministers of Christianity,

Couldn't the true God once and for all on CNN and MSNBC come down from the heavens and take up bull meat placed on an altar? It would be so awesome, I would stop being a non-believer, I know the Bible says not to test God but this has been done with Elijah and it would be for the greater glory of your lord and savior Jesus the Christ!

Seriously, why do the fanatics in religion think they must do such terrible things in the name of God? And who honestly believes that Sept. 11 and Hurrucane Katrina were punishments from God? I think this INSULTS God! I do consider myself Christian but I feel sad that fanatics have given a bad name to Christianity, just as I know many Muslims who are ashamed of the zealots who've hijacked their religion.

I was a true believer butI don't know what to believe now. I believed w/my heart all of the above,prayed,repented & read Scripture. I also tried hard to have a relationship with Jesus/God/Holy Spirit but I feel it has been a one way relationship...& I'm on the crap list. I've tried having patience & hearing what God had to say to me but I've never recieved any clear guidance...have no idea what His will was for me(still don't). It seems as if He has been like most people in my life...acts like he cares but truly doesn't...just uses you & leaves you. He hasn't given me any guidance so I've tried to better myself & my relationship with Him(even though it's one sided) only to become even more confused, depressed & bitter. If there is a God why does He chose to talk & give guidance to some & leaves others to fend for themselves...even when they want to have a relationship with Him? Is it just coincidence the way things work out or is there a God? Am I just not good enough for God? Why?

Ok, I have come across countless questions that say, "How come Muslims are so peaceful and don't hate Christians, but Christians hate them." Or "Christians act better then us, they think they are better then us." Anything of that nature, well let me tell you something, they are NOT REAL CHRISTIANS. And it makes me angry that these STEREOTYPICAL CHRISTIANS have give us REAL CHRISTIANS such a bad reputation.

A REAL CHRISTIAN is Humble, Loves other people and other races, forgives people no matter what, and is always faithful to God.

The stereotypical Christian which most of you have seen and ask questions about, Does NOT love God, does not give a rat's a$$ about the Bible, is NOT HUMBLE but VERY PRIDEFUL, and HATES whoever is different.

Do not be fooled into believing the STEREOTYPICAL Christians are real Christians. They just want to be called Christians. They are not.

Remember, Real christians are humble, loving, and care for one another. I hope it is more clear now.

All Creation God !Befor the floods came ,Noha was to build the Ark.In the surrounding atmosphere was a layer of water around the earth.When God sent the rain that layer of the atmosphere vanished therefor highly oxygenated air was released,causing a stunt on growth of all Man kind,animals plants (The World).God knew how to put a hault on Man and one way was to decrease dayes of life ,size,ect...If oxygen increases size of Vegetable something so simply.Dont you think this is a age old secrect that our top Sciencetist have known about.Its proven O2 heels the body.So you would think that is another reason why people lived longer (oxygen).It is proven today that animals can grow 10 times in size,when living in a controlled oxygenated enviorment .A simple hornytode,beaver,racoone alligator and all types of lizard could grow 100 times its size.Humans even now could grow in size.With time O2 and reproduction creates Big things.Thinking in a different LIGHT.God is maker of Size,then and now.

This yahoo answer forum is fantastic. I love to hear from so many amazing people who are doing his work and will. I know some get aggravated when you say anything and someone will come back and be negative and hurtful and try to put a bad spin on what you say.
I want to encourage you not to fall in that trap.
I know you may feel you could say: "I love flowers" and someone will spew something ugly! Don't give up..God is at work more than we know. There is a blessing as well. Matt 5:11, BLESSED are you when people insult you & persecute you and say all manner of evil because of me. REJOICE..it's a blessing, everytime someone say's something to me "ugly" I know I get blessed..I swear I almost want to write them and say THANK YOU!

I don't mean just every sunday. I'm Talking like 3 to 4 night during the week. Sunday school was at 9 and regular service didn't end until like 2 or 3. We didn't have no Hymn books but you still know all the songs by heart. Drums playing and people dancing and shouting, and the preachers kids were always the worst ones. I wouldn't go to a church like that now but at 6 years old it was a trip. Did you go to a church like that?
