The Bible is explicit about this, After death we will go into a deep sleep and woke up one day that we have been resurrected. After resurrection this will be determined by the white throne judgment. In the white throne judgment you will know which world you choose while on earth. According to the scripture there are two types of resurrection "Damnation" and "Eternal life" One bound for immortality and the other bound of destructions.
The Next world is "THE NEW JERUSALEM" the aboad of the righteous.

Either Heaven or Hell. It is appointed once for man to die and then judgment. You can get a glimpse from the story of the rich man and Lazarath. And Jesus said he was going to prepare a place for us (believers) and in Revelation about the new Heavens and Earth.

muslim believe that the next world akhira the final destination. the righteous will be rewards for t heir goods deeds and will enter the paradise of delight..
the evil one will be rewards as well according to his deeds, consequently the blazing hell fire.
muslim also believe that in the grave one can know where is his destintion, he may already feel the blessing of paradise or the torment of hell...

It's depend in your Karma (deeds).
Firstly you should to know if you do good things then it makes good Karma and if you do wrong things then it makes bad Karma.
If you chant Lord name and obey his instruction then you can good place.
There are no of planets. But, if any soul don't get spiritual world then that's sure that you are circle in Birth and Death.
You know if anyone get birth then that's sure you'll get death. And if anyone get death then that's sure you'll get birth. But, one can stop Birth and Death. I'll explain it later.
You know there are 84 lakhs living entities so one soul can get many types of birth. ( animal, bird and etc).
