What makes your religion the correct answer? Looking back at history, all ages of man believed in different gods. What makes you think you are not in the middle of a "religoius scenario" that has existed a thousand years ago. If it is Christianity why are we not Jewish, as Christ was?

The size of the Earth and all the meteorites in space and comets, why do they not strike the earth. I know it's said the smaller ones do all the time and burn up, even many do hit the soil, but the huge ones that could cause the end as we know it. It seems odd to me that we plan and go about with our lives and seldom think of this, could it be there is a God caring over us? Could it be when we have droughts and prayers all over by farmers etc and here comes the multiple inches of rain as well hurricane rains.

who have had heart transpants, have said that there personality has changed. one woman said that before her transplant she had no interest in football (soccer), but after the transplant she did, the same with food.
the donor was a young man, who liked football and the same food that the woman now liked.

if this is true, could it be the soul of the donor?

People thought the earth was flat and supported by God,but science disproved it.Likewise,every other proof of God is being slowly disproved by Science. Thanks to science we can explain nearly everything since the start of the universe.The only argument now is that God created the universe (i.e the big bang) but a recent issue of Scientific American documents that two scientists have replicated the conditions of the early universe in their lab.So it is inevitable that every proof of God will be disproved by science.So why believe in God?

That unbelievers in God always complain about the Christians jamming our "religion" down their throat, but all the time college professors and university professors jam evolution down the students throats? And if the student challenges the idea of evolution, he gets ridiculed and laughed at. Remember the teacher is the one in authority, and if the student answers differently the teacher can fail them...
And people who don't believe in God come to the RELIGION and SPIRITUALITY forum and jam their nonsense down our throat?? Hmmmm, it is funny.

And just to tick off those unbelievers, I will not be reading the answers. I don't want to have your religion jammed down my throat.

dose are love ones who die have a spirit after they die? bk.I belive when a person dies he or she has spirit. and that spirit lives for ever.the person dies. but their spirit stay a live for ever. I am asking this question because I read a book on what the bible really teach. it said that when we die not even one part of us survives the death of the body.we not possess an immortal soul or spirit is that true and that after we die are thoughts do perish. I was wondring bk. I saw the spirit of the person II love and care about and like and when I saw the spirit. the spirit smlied at me.

This is reg Jesus' words in verse 60 asking the inquirer to let the dead bury the dead. You come and follow me. What exactly does Jesus mean in this curt reply. He seems very harsh. I know its a figure of speech, but why is Jesus being so harsh?

Why did all the many various giant weird sea creatures and swimming dinosaurs like the Plesiosaur also vanish and why did all the strange giant flying prehistoric reptiles such as pteranodon, dimorphodon, rhamphorhynchus, quetzalcoatlus, pterosaurs also vanish?
How could they all have had a mass extinction so soon if only given 6000 years, does this also mean all these various dinosaurs only roamed the earth about 2000 years? How does that make any sense if you believe this?
