Actually its the other way around, of course not all science is true, but much of it actually proves god!

You are stating good facts but have them reversed...
science stated the world was flat it is stated in the Bible as being a sphere. Isiah 40:22
Science at one time stated there are 1,100 stars the bible stated billions of stars. Jeremiah 33:22
science thought all stars are the same the bible states every star is different. 1 Corinthians 15:41.
And the "Big Bang" maybe another nail in the coffin for the evolution theory. It was previously thought that we always existed...this shows we had a begining which means we are an effect of something which means there had to be a cause (the cause and effect thing) and that cause had to be outside our universe Hmmmm what/who could that be??
So science has been evolving it self and every time it does it SUPPORTS the Bible it does not disprove it. Keep in mind the Bible was written over 3,500 years ago and time and time again it proves to be accurate! Almost forgot a big one regarding the big bang thing scientists then learned the order of how everything had been created and surprise surprise the Bible had this accurate AGAIN can you believe that! This coming from a man in the desert over 3,500 years ago not to shabby of a guess...wait a minute an Astrophysicist (Hugh Ross) calculated the odds of Mose's guessing correctly the details of the origin and proper order for the development of earth and life on earth and the odds are less than 1 in trillions!!!! Wow Mose's you should have your own psychic hot line or at least head to Vegas with that kind of luck!
The evolutionists on this site think they know what they are talking about however they have been feed WRONG info and it sucks! I feel for you guys because you think you know but what you know is wrong! It isn't your fault I just hope you can wake up and do some looking into so you can get the facts...there is a Creator his name is God and he would love to talk to you. He will even pick up the long distance charges!!

No. I do not believe. For one, demanding an explanation for the beginning of the universe is jumping the gun. The Big Bang could be followed by a Big Crunch, and repeat itself infinitely. You have to first show that the universe began before asking how it began.
Second, even if it is granted that the beginning of the universe needs explaining, positing a god is not an explanation. Explanations build a conceptual bridge from the known to the unknown. Saying "God did it" is equivalent to saying "magic". HOW did he do it? With what mechanisms? What use is saying "God did it" as an "explanation"? It's a conceptual vacuum -- a nothingness. It's not an explanation, in any meaningful sense of the word.
There has never been a single instance in history where a truth of science has been replaced by a truth of religion. I invite anyone who thinks otherwise to email me with an example (with a REFERENCE, please, instead of random arbitrary assertions).
Finally, for those saying the "circle" reference in the Bible shows that it was right about the earth, please get your facts straight. For one, a circle is not a sphere. There's a difference. A circle is FLAT. For two, there are MANY other references that describe the Earth as immovable and flat. All of which can be found here: http://www.lhup.edu/~DSIMANEK/febible.htm (If you don't believe them, grab your damn Bible and see for yourself!)
Just face facts -- the Bible has it wrong. There is no water above the "dome" of the sky. (Hah...a dome...on top of a flat circle I suppose...).

Nope.
As far as "God" creating the universe goes, science has established that something cannot come from nothing; it is a complete impossibility (visit this site for more details: http://www.thekeyboard.org.uk/Where%20universe%20from.htm ). Therefore, the most logical thought is that "God" has always existed. However, the law of conservation of mass and energy coupled with the knowledge that something can't come from nothing suggests that the matter which makes up the universe has always existed, thus removing the necessity for "God." If one continues to make the claim that our complex universe needed to be created by "God," then by the very same logic they're admitting that "God" needed a complex creator, and that complex creator needed a complex creator, and so on and so forth.
In other words, through simple science and basic logic skills, "God" is rendered totally unnecessary toward the creation of the universe. Thus, "God" is completely unnecessary to explain anything.
Oh, and I'd like to point out that AnswersinGenesis is one of the funniest, most uneducated sites that I've ever seen. For a real science site, go here: http://www.talkorigins.org/
Edit: Oh, and to musingaloud, I've already answered the question of the creation of the universe (the big bang details how the matter in the universe began expanding and forming other objects, not how the matter was "created). And as far as "life from lifelessness" goes, you seem to be woefully uneducated on the famous Miller-Urey experiments which proved that amino acids, the building blocks of life, could come from non-living elements. If you wish to educate yourself, start here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miller-Urey
Edit #2: Oh, and though I'm sure it's painfully obvious, William H has aboslutely no understanding of science whatsoever.
http://www.uri.edu/personal2/cferdinandi/IntelligentDesign.html
"Of course, the idea that anything contained in the Bible should be presented as a scientific theory is absurd. For supporters of Intelligent Design, the book is the literal word of God, yet it is plagued with contradictions and scientific inaccuracies. How can such a text be taken as a serious scientific document? There are numerous little scientific inaccuracies in the Bible - For example, in Deuteronomy 14:7, rabbits are listed as an animal that chews cud, but they're not - but the most damning blow occurs within the creation story itself.
"In the book of Genesis, the creation story in the Bible, man is created on two separate occasions. In chapter one, God creates man on the last day, but in chapter two, God first creates man, and then creates the land for him to populate. The meaning of the double creation of man is one that is widely debated among biblical scholars. How about that? It seems that Intelligent Design supporters are guilty of the same differing interpretations of information that they criticize evolutionists for! Checkmate!"

Scientists can replicate the start of creation. Replicate. That means someone or something had to do this first. Originate creation. No human did it. Could this be none other than the entity and personality of what we know as God? If you don't believe in God because of the personal attributes given to Him in the Bible, rest assured, He is much more than a man. He is what all of us come from. We would have no personality if it/He did not (this gender specification, by the way, was so that the Jews who had a patriarch society would understand God's having jurisdiction and reponsibility for all, like a man would for his family).

I see you point, but I believe it is a touch misguided. If you ask any serious scientist in almost ANY field, they will tell you that it is extremely difficult to disprove anything, especially God. God cannot be disproved because the theories FOR and AGAINST Him cannot be tested, therefore cannot be proven or disproven. Also, if you ask the leading scientists in the any field, they will never say 'God doesn't exist.' They will either say 'Yes' or 'I don't know.' Of course, there are some scientist who hate the notion of a god and use scraps of inconclusive evidence and proclaim that 'God has been disproved!'

Oh really?
My friend you are trying to understand God from your mind. There are people out there who treat God like a 'religion'.
But knowing God is really a relationship. A walk of faith.
Science can't prove a lot of things. If you choose to believe in science, it's entirely your choice.
There are a lot of people out there who are touched by God and they witness His grace, love and mercy. (Including me) To these people, it's not just the mind. So whatever you just said is not at all convincing.
So to answer your question, yes I believe in God. It has got nothing to do with science. Just God is someone I discovered while I am on earth and went into a relationship with Him. Find out more about Him each day and is enjoying Him and He is also enjoying me. Thank God for science but in my time of need, I know who I can rely on. I know who holds my hand and who will see me through life challenges. As for science, I am sure it benefitted mankind but it's 'dead'. Not something I can relate to.

Because people will feel insure without it.. People have been conditioned throughout the centuries to think that there is a god.
By the way the concept of god itself is flawed. meaning what is going on now does not fit with god being all-knowing; all-loving, and all-powerful

When in the world did God support a flat earth...man read the Bible before making such a silly statement.
"it is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth" Isa 40:22
The Bible also supports a day/night cycle.
As well, Job 38:14 the earth... "...is turned as clay to the seal;
Earth is round and spins.... that is supported by God, not your silly notion.
Ya science explains everything like the start of the universe...Duh... nothing exploded and here we are.. see Scientific American Alan Guth. Duh ya that's science alright.
Oh oh and this one... Life came from ... ... non life.... DUH!!! Good science!!
