Strange little experiment we're living in. If I open the glove compartment of my car, I tend to find the manual from the car manufacturer I'm driving. However, the most powerful entity in the known Universe has somehow 'botched' the transmissions of his message, leading to Religious wars (see 'Middle East'), mass genocide and racism (Dafur), and the creator just sits back and watches? If I had all knowledge, I wouldn't have created beings knowing they'd eat the apple I held sacred or employed staff that would eventually turn against me. Discuss.

Here is my reasoning: Until and unless one of these supposed "healers" restores an arm or leg or finger or ear or nose that has been torn away from another persons body, they are fake. They all do the same type charlatin, psychological minupliation, illusioinist stuff that David Blain or others can do. Wake up people! Give me a break!

Muslims claim that Muhammad always worshipped Allah in a 100% correct way, without the need for any restoral. My question is: If this is true, then why did Muhammad pray towards Jerusalem for the first 5 years of his prophethood, and later redirected his prays towards Mecca? Which is correct?

Global cataclysms have destroyed the world many times, and after each catastrophic event, when there was almost nothing left, the extraterrestrials re-created the world and restored life on the planet. Techniques like electricity, aircraft and nuclear weapons seem advanced to us at present times, but these are no new inventions. Great civilizations were familiar with this type and even much more advanced technology thousands of years ago. The marks left by these people can be found all over the world. These signs reveal that people shared a universal scientific and technological knowledge. Their achievements are far beyond the present capabilities of man. From my book - Voices from Legendary Times (Ellen Lloyd)

Science is a tool. It does not have all the answers and most importantly, it can not improve human nature.

You can take a wife beating, child molesting ******, give him all the science training in the world, and after 10 years he would still be a wife beating, child molesting ****** who kicks butt with microscopes and gives lectures at schools. As much as atheist hate religious poeple and their 'stupid' myths, they are the only people holding this country together.

We have a sample of a place where everyone lives pursuing their own pleasure, believing that there is no God but themselves, and doing what they believe are rational reasonable actions - its called Hollywood.

Science is nice but it does not explain why people steal, kill, hate nor does it offer solution to these things. While atheist hate the stupid religious people, the stupid religious people will continue working hard to make sure they have a country to freely express their hate.

Muslims proudly quote several passages in the Koran 30:48; 24:43, as scientifically accurate explanations of the hydrologic water cycle. My question is: given the fact the Bible had already fully documented the hydrologic water cycle 1600 before the Koran in Job 36:27-28, and 3 other passages (Eccl 11:3; Job 26:8; Eccl 1:6-7), doesn't this proof Muhammad merely copied the scientific facts of the hydrologic water cycle directly from the Bible? (Clouds hold water: Eccl 11:3; Job 26:8; Rivers recycle water: Eccl 1:6-7; Evapouration: Amos 9:6)

If god is true, then how could he suffocate his own children in an Earthly flood except those on the ark? Does god not believe in family values? If you believe that god is good, then shouldn't Andrea Yates go free? I know it sounds ridiculous, but do the logic if you believe in god. If you do, then Andrea is just as nice as god.

(Google Andrea Yates, if this question doesn't make sense to you)

The Christians seem to hung up on this idea that the world is going to be destroyed before the Second Coming. Do they actually care if they pollute the world and poison it without regard for the natural environment and those whom they hurt in doing so?

Restorationism is the belief of some Christians in a large scale end times conversion of Jews to Christianity. Dispensational Conservative Christian groups reject supersessionism and hold that at a future time God will return his focus to the Jewish nation, whence a national conversion will take place where all or almost all Jews will miraculously convert to Christianity, citing the book of Romans chapter 11 and verse 26 which literally says:

And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: (KJV) SSB

Many also believe that these are either the literal or symbolic number of Jews spoken of as the 144 000 from the tribes of Israel in the Book of Revelation. Such ideas are often used in support of Christian Zionism.

Earth has been visited by extraterrestrial beings several times. Our creators and instructors came in ancient times from a distant place somewhere in the Universe and appeared on Earth, where they seeded life. In religious and mythological texts, this event is described as a time when "the gods descended from the heavens down to the Earth". During our planet's history, not one but several human races have been created by these wise spacemen

Galatians 1:6-9 Apostle Paul says "I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Christ for a different religion. But even if an angel from heaven, should preach to you a different religion, let him be accursed." My question is: Do you think it possible that this is a genuine text from God and he foresaw that both Muhammad and Joseph Smith would be taught a new religion by an angel?
