If the car is faulty and IF it because of the way it was made, then you blame the manufacturer. But if the car was made just fine but the owner did not take care of it properly, then the fault is not the manufacturer.
If there is wrong and evil in the universe, blame the Creator IF he made it that way. But if the creatures have not taken proper care or it or themselves, then blame them, not the Creator.
God created human beings to love him. The only way for that to happen was to make them free since you can only love if you feely choose to. Since humans are free they can make the wrong decision. That's where the trouble starts.

Your car and the manufacturer of the car is concrete,i.e it can be experienced by you and everyone who is attuned to the senses and stimulii impinged on us in day to day living.
The creator you mentioned is the God of the religions of the last 3 thousand years. The concept used during that period was relevant for those living during that time, it is very much outdated in today context.
I think the problem with the theologians is that they argued themselves into a corner. As you have mentioned' If I had all knowledge'(a wise and all knowing God) will not let the sacred apple to be eaten. Time to revise the concept of God for the religious establishment to stay relevance in the long run and the betterment of humankind.

I think it's not like that.
If car is faulty, why would you blame the manufecturer, because the car wasn't faulty when you bought it. It has became faulty, because of your care less use.
And in addition!
The manufecturer munfecturs the car, but he doesn't cares about how will some drive it. If he'll think that some one is gonna drive it crazily, will the manufecturer stop producing more cars?
However! these are just our ways of thinking.
Some thinks negative, and other think positive.
If you are thinking negatively/faulty; there is nothing good, every thing is faulty.
But if you are postive; every thing seems good, even the faulty ones (according to some) looks real good.
In a greeat way William Shakspear explains it:
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so...

If you created beings you knew wouldn't eat the apple, then have you not created a robot? God created man with free will. With free will comes responsibility and the ability to recognize the rules you need to abide by to stay out of trouble. I look at the whole process in the same way a parent looks at a child. You tell them not to put their hand on the hot stove but some kids just have to do it to find out. That's what Adam and Eve did and if you take the analogy a step further, God as "our Father" puts him in that same position as any other parent. You tell your kids the rules and you hope they have enough sense to listen. But their free will leaves them open to choices and sometimes the choices they make bite them in the butt. Had God created us without free will, we would be little more than robots as I said before. What would be the point of our existence? And if you're looking for your "operating manual" for life, try reading the Bible. You're right, it's harder than hell to understand but if you really want to know what it says you will work at understanding it.

God didn't make us to be robots or as machinery to do as He wanted. He made us in His image so that we could commune with him. He made us (man) perfect at the beginning and also gave us a choice. The iniquity was with with Satan who was cast out of Heaven and who out of pride abused his important position. You see this kind of thing all the time today and right throughout history - a legacy left by the Father of Lies himself - people who think they are better. People do quite a lot of damage to themselves and others out of Pride. Jealousy, stubborness etc are all members of this family. These things reflect our fallen state. The apple or whatever fruit it was, was the choice made by man. In fact Eve ate of the fruit and Adam did not intervene, he just followed along and ate too. There's a very profound lesson in that, but don't have time to go into it.
The point is that people chose a life without God, and went with the way of the world. We died that day, not literally straight away, but aging and eventual physical death was set upon us, disease, wars, lifestyle choices etc. All these things are a result of man's choices otherwise God would have made us robots, in which there would be no point. God has to let these things happen to show that it is Satan causing theses stirrings in man that cause the violence and death we see today and not Him. If He didn't then the Heavens wouldn't know whether Satan's accusations against God weren't true. Don't forget a third of all the angels in Heaven were cast out also. This would have stirred things up, perhaps causing doubts and so if God intervened He would not be able to get His point across to them and us - that He is Good. I think He has as much influence over things as Satan, so it is equal, but man keeps going along without Him, have no faith in His ability or plans so once again this is man's choice and man's ways are full of error in every which way you turn. God also disciplines as a parent does with a child, but will do so only to draw us nearer. Our ways are not the best even as parents, politicians or the average nice person - we need Him and although at the time it might seem His ways do not make sense, it is our faith that the reason is given - eventually. A study, not just a brief read, a study of Joseph in Genesis is a very good example of God's plan for this faithful man. But unlike Joseph, we become impatient and go about things our own way and so make it harder for God to be noticed in our lives. Some people are so hard, they just will not accept God. It is their choice not to let Him in.
I used to argue the same things in this question, but have realised that the activities of man have caused a lot of the distress we see around us. People then blame God for it or turn their feelings into hatred for a God who lets it happen. They pass the buck! Other people may explain it better than I have, but there is definitely Dark and Light Kingdoms in play. Luckily for us there is a way out, through Jesus Christ. This is God's redeeming plan that will be the end of the suffering and to the people who cause it without repentance. That the Justice that we all want to see for all the wrong awaits us all, His way, not ours. The hell on earth is nothing like the Hell that was prepared for Satan and his followers and for those who refuse to accept Jesus as their Saviour.

this world was given to satan and his angels after they were tossed from heaven
we chose not to listen as the choise was ours.
I know the world is in bad shape because of things being the way they are (man made..not by god) but we should use this time to improve what we can at home first ,as our back yard is no better in a lot of ways.

No, mistreatment by the owner of the car voids the warranty. ;-)
Intentionally ignoring the instruction manual (Bible) also voids the warranty.
The manufacturer of the universe is not responsible for intentional abuse of free will.
