So awful how can they be proud to call themselves Atheist aka Godless people.

I know ther be some atheist who'll go mad after knowing their fact and curse me and christianity or any religion ...But im showing you guys your fact Believe it or not...Ur choice i just show u the truth.

Before Jesus, who did the Christians worship. It seems to me that all the sermons i hear are related to Jesus and his word, but before Jesus, who were they worshiping, a different idol, what happen to him? Was Christianity a religion before Jesus?

israel killed yeaster day 9 civil people and destroyed the house and said there was one of hamas in this house. there was no one of them belong to hamas. israel is ideology country. they said they are secrt nation and their country has no limit . they occupied some lands of many countries ( syria, labnon,palastin) and israel says " when hamas or hazb allah kidnap any slodier to take their lands and the prisoners " it was terrorism" when israel do that " it was self defense. i can not believe that . they give their view to feel they are right. they cheat the world, when they cry to forgive for them want they want to do.

Have you guys ever had other people trying to convert you? Because when a friend asked about my religion and I told her "Atheist" everyone starts inviting me to church and giving me pamphlets. I've been to a service (for a girl scout thing- it was ok but not how I want 2 spend my sunday) and I've read the bible, just to make more sense of Christianity. But I think that their strongest arguements make no sense at all! All I have to trust is one book. That's it.

So am I alone in this thing or what? How did you guys deal with attempted convertion?

I see lots of questions by athiests on Y! Answers that degrade and demoralize God. This makes no sence; if they beleive that God is not real, a fake, a myth, then why are they so threatened?

I dont see countries threatening or going to war with other imaginary countries. I dont see normal people picking fights with imaginary people. I have seen weirdo's walking around downtown fighting with invisible people, but these people are usually called psychos, wack jobs, or just drug addicts

If they believe that God is not real, whats the big deal what others believe? Again, how is something that they believe to be nonexistant a threat?

Are they paranoid schizophrenics or maybe, just maybe, deep down inside their inner being knows that there IS a higer power.

Hello. Yes, I do believe in God, and I am born again. This question is because I can not find "Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust" in the Bible". I know that it's in the Bible, but I can't find it. I need to know, because at my grandmothers funeral, a couple of weeks ago, they did not say this at the grave site, and it bothered me a lot. My stepfather does believe in God also, but he wants it to be proven to him that it's in the Bible, because he just thought that people said that at funerals because they wanted to, he didn't know it was really in the Bible. Can anyone please tell me exactlly where it is? I have been looking for the last couple of weeks. Thanks

It is my belief the Messiah already came and left. The Jews are still waiting for Him. Why do they look down their noses at everyone else? Do their beliefs make them think they are BETTER than everyone else? Isn't this a contradiction to, at least, the Old Testament?

Right now on this website there are bout more than 60% atheist..And post questions like "If god is Gay "and blah blah why muslims kill innocents..targeting question on religions i cant copy paste the link orelse i would have shown here more than 100 question against religion and God..Tryin to shove in our throats The principle of Atheism..I have friends from all religions but the only people who talk about their religion is Jehovah witnesses and Atheist people..why? It used to be the church 'mission' to 'save your soul' and they had alot of ways to 'save' you. if you did not want to be 'saved' then it was 'death unto you'.
The church also inserted pagan believes to 'gain souls' and to make transittion easier.

Without killing people nowadays what do you think are the extremes that the church will go to?

Ok, I wanted to know what makes Jah Rastafari a god in the eyes of the rasta people of Jamaica.

His real name was Tafari Makonnen and he became known as Haile Selassie the First, emperor of Ethiopia.

I want to know what he did to make him deserve the status of god among the rastas. Plain and simple.

NO PREACHING OF ANOTHER RELIGION, NO TELLING ME THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD BECAUSE NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE.

I need open-minded people who are interested in all religions and who know what they are talking about. If I could get a real Jamaican or a rasta practitioner that would be the best.

Catholics ARE Christians, you know. We were the FIRST Christians and the ONLY Christians whose Church goes all the back to the Apostles and who have the fullness of the faith.

If you doubt this great fact, than please check out the history of the Catholic Church against the history of your very own church.

Also, you might want to check out the writings of the Church Fathers in regards to the teachings of the Catholic Church.

i dont think terrorists follow any religion because i dont think any religion can preach hate and murder. there may be a few texts pertaining to wars but such texts are timebound and im sure present in many religious books.. ive been reading up about the religion but i dont seem to find anything negative about them yet.
