I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phones?

What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?

What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?

What if we flipped through it several times a day?

What if we used it to receive messages from the text?

What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?

What if we gave it to kids as gifts?

What if we used it as we traveled?

What if we used it in case of an emergency?

What if we upgraded it to get the latest version?

This is something to make you go...hmmm...where is my Bible?

Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phone, we don't ever have to worry about our bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill!

In most latin countries, including the philippines, they do a 'parade' carrying the saints around town. It's so much...fun (for lack of a better word). Why not here in the US?

Where did Jesus run off to after ressurection,
If he was so real, should he not have satayed on Earth ,go to all continents and prove his Divinity, instead he showed his miracles to a very small group of people. An insignificant group of his relatives saw him Ressurected. How are 70%of the people really supposed to believe in Your Christ,Who did not Even leave behind any supernaturals Proofs of his divinity(A big Cross sign on the Face of the moon or Cross sign sticking out of The Pacafic Ocean)
Many stories of ressurection are their In Hinduism Which are believed because of Faith.Lord Raam,Has left behind A rocky bridge to Sri lanka(though you may argue it as geographical formation, but Atleast some proof has been left for Faith ),You may regard it as mythology, but your faith in Jesus is also like that, you cant prove he ressurected,(then why you people go around saying that your faith is right and everyone elses faith is wrong)
Why would God allow false faith to exist on Earth in the First place

Jesus stated in the model prayer for God's will to be done in heaven on Earth. God's will defiantly isn't being carried out on Earth in it's current conditions. And God's will was originally for humans to fill the Earth with their offspring and live in peace. We know he hasn't changed his mind b/c the bible states it is impossible for God to lie (Hebrews 6:18, Titus 1:2) and that his word will ALWAY be carried out to the fullest (Isaiah 55:8-11). Some scriptures even state that the meek will inherit the Earth (Psalms 37:9,11) so if everyone goes to heaven when they die who will occupy the Earth? God didn’t create it to be abandoned and Ecclesiastes 1:4 says it will always be around so would a righteous God truly abandon his word and leave the earth uninhabited?? Isaiah 45:18 states that God didn’t’ create the Earth for nothing. So if everyone goes to heaven or hell the God is not upholding his law which is impossible. So what do you think????

I don't need to label myself but I'm just curious.
I don't believe in any religion because I've read all about them and decided that I can't believe myths.
But, I do believe in a higher power, and that science cannot explain everything (like the boundaries of the universe), but that higher power(s) is impossible to be as they defined it in religions known today (Religious people please stick to the question).

Where does that put me?

A lot of people think this is a good question, but they dont have a answer. I am a born-again Christian.

My boyfriend tells me everyday im cheating, slut, and etc. Which i dont do/or are any of those things. Just remember his definition of Cheating is: Me going to Church, talking to guys, dressing up, watching tv, and dont wanna say more cause he is embarassing.

Okay so If my boyfriend cheated on me, I wouldnt go back to him... So if my boyfriend thinks im a cheater, why is he still coming back to me?

Do you think he knows Im not a cheater, or just making things up? or what u think?

Hard question.

1 - There would be a move toward a global government (Daniel 2:40-44; 7:23; Revelation 13:7-8).

2 - Literal Babylon (formerly called Babel – Genesis 10:10) would reemerge in the land of Shinar – known today as Iraq (Zechariah 5:11; Isaiah 13).

3 - The sun would scorch the inhabitants of the earth (Revelation 16:8-9).

4 - The nation Israel would be born in one day (Isaiah 66:8). On May 14, 1948 Israel became a nation.

5 - The Jews would begin to regather in Israel (Isaiah 11:11-12; Ezekiel 37:21-22; 38:8).

6 - Israel, once a desolate desert, would blossom in the last days and export produce to the world (Isaiah 27:6; 35:1-2; Ezekiel 36:34-36).

7 - Jerusalem would be rebuilt on its own ruins (Jeremiah 30:18; Zechariah 12:6) Since 1948, Jerusalem has been rebuilt on the old ruins – exactly as foretold.

8 - All surrounding nations would be united against Israel (Psalm 83:4-8; Zechariah 12:2).

9 - Jerusalem would be “a burdensome stone” to all nations (Zechariah 12:3).

10 - Preparations for a global war anticipated (Joel 3:9-14; Matthew 24:22; Revelation 16:14).

11 - Environmental devastation of the planet foreseen (Revelation 11:18).

12 - Men would mock the warning signs of the end of the age saying, “These signs have always been around” (2 Peter 3:3-4). The Bible even reveals their motivation, they love lust.

To all the Bible Bashers out there. I just have a question. Why? Whats the reasoning behind your total all out war on religion?
(I say simply "religion" but we all know we're talking about Christianity)
Honestly? Why do you have the urgent need to bash slam and assault every Christian who comes around?
I guess because it IS the internet and it basically IS a safe nameless way of putting your two cents out there. I mean your not really physically there telling the person off, your just posting your unwanted rants from the safety of your computer room.
You might bring up the argument that we Christians do the same thing, try and push our faith on you. Well here is my reason, we are told to do that. Our God told us to do that. However I do agree that some Christians do take it too far. But it does seem to me theres Bashing than Promoting going on.
You on the other hand have nothing, no reasoning, no order, no nothing to back up your unjust molestation of our beliefs.

Most everyone knows when they are doing something that just doesn't benefit anyone. Most people hear the call of truth, how can they ignore this? Everyone gets that chance in their lives, maybe more than one, but why do they continue harming the beautiful creation in each and every person, animal, plant and element? When they are continually shown the right way , why do they clutter their minds with meaningless junk?
