I think I may be able to agree with you. Though hate is a very strong word. It could just be the sorry lives that some christians live, quite the contrary to the Gospel truth that could be turning people away from the simple truth and love of Jesus Christ. Jesus came to take away our sins, to heal the sick, to comfort the broken- hearted, to take away my sorrows and drape us in joy, to give me beauty for ashes,to take away my poverty and give me riches in glory, to love and be loves, to be felt wanted, to make one somebody unique and wonderful - the creation that He meant us to be. I guess I could fall for such a package, all the way through, He is moulding me to be like Him.

Hate Christianity; No
I can not stand modern Evangelists who do not even know the bible.
I hate people who shove there religion down others throat due to their beliefs. Why are Christians trying to force creationism in the schools, there is no eviddence in creationism, but there is a trail for evolution. Maybe God set up Evolution, that is never pondered.
Why do Christians not advance non-christians at jobs, why was Congress just debating "Merry Christmas"
Why should some stores be forced by threat of boycot to say Merry Christmas
There are Jews, Muslims, Budhists, Taoists, Pagan, Agnostics, etc...
Why do Evangelist Christians get so agrivated when they are questioned?? Why do they believe that possession from a foreign "being" is a "good" thing . . .
enough for now

I think it can be broken down into two groups. Muslims with a genuine grievance - basically any group that has their lands stolens, their houses bulldozed, their jobs stolen, their freinds and family killed. These people probably make up about 80 percent of the 200,000 fighters in Iraq.
Extreme Islamist, hate what they see as corruption and selfishness in secular western style democracy and capitalism. They long for Islam to be leader not a government, president or prime minister. They hate most people, except themselves. they probably make up about 20 percent of the fighters in Iraq.
Having said that, a very small majority of the 1 billion muslims actually hate the west, they don't love the west either. The huge majority are not even concerned.

I think when christians or any other religion force you
to think exactly as they do, it's cult like. Everyone is a
unique person. If it were up to religion, we would'nt
be able to listen to just regular music. There is
nothing wrong with secular music!! Some of it is the
most beautiful music I 've ever heard. They get to carried
away with their conversions and making people clones
of their own lifestyles. We aren't clones. God made us
all different for a reason.. If you keep an open mind, it's
not hard to understand.

I do not hate Christians, be careful of labels, some call themselves christians and are not,
Living the christian life is hard to do,
as a christian one trys to do better, putting the old desires that are selfish in the past ,
the christian life is a walk that if done properly one improves, becoming more like the Lord.
once again talking the Talk is the easy part , walking the walk
if you can do it you are a christian,
how is it said??? they will know we are Christians by our ..... ?

Because Christians (not all but many of them) are pushy and judgemental. They cling to a lie that does nothing but make them seem foolish and prevent them from progressing with modern knowledge.
Their "handbook" is silly, contradictory, and hateful.
Many of them are blindly following what they have been told and have never made a choice for themselves.
Top 3... i could go on all night.
I want to clarify that i dont hate christians, i hate christianity. It's utterly pointless and deceptive.

I don't hate Christians; I just can't their actions. I have Christian friends. They are very wonderful people because they accept me as a person and not what I believe in.
I can't stand it when Christians feel the need to take their religion and shove it down other people's throats. That is wrong. And when you go around saying that they're wrong for what they believe in, I say you're wrong.

I hate it when people say they are christian, then they say they believe in a higher power, and they don't really believe everything in the bible or the whole concept of the holy trinity, then they will call you morally depraved if you are not a christian. Most people decide to be Christian because it seems like the best choice, and not because they are really convinced that it is true.

I don't hate Christians. I strongly "dislike" the ones that want to you to be oh so accepting of their religion when they're so close-minded to others. In other words, the "Christian" hypocrites, if you can even call them Christian, are the only ones I have a problem with.

I'm Christian and I can tell you that even up here in Northern Minnesota, there are some who persecute. I looked at some of the other answers and just ignore these because to me they don't make much sense. But keep up the good work, fight the good fight, and don't be down on yourself. God Bless.

I don't hate Christians. I would just like them to realize that not everyone believes what they believe and to stop trying to pass laws based on their beliefs. I'm frustrated with Christians, but I don't hate them.
Why do Christians hate atheists and agnostics?
