well yes you might be pregnant all along & why do you have to wait for the DNA result you can have your perpetuator jailed even w/o it isnt it is a crime to rape or rape is a crime whether the victim becomes pregnant or not rape is rape anywhere you look at it

it IS possible to be pregnant, and not show any signs, however, during those three months, you should have been having a period.

And, yes, the DNA test would prove positively, who the father would be, and the courts in New York should require it, based on your accusations.

Yes. You can be pregnant for 3 months and not have any signs. It's possible.

Yes. A DNA test will prove who the father is, but it will not prove that you were raped, only that you had intercourse.

i may not be a doctor but it sounds that you were indeed impregnated during that rape. a dna test could be made but a court order should be obtain if you want to know whose baby you carry. but be sure you can go through this and not have an "abortion".... forgive my assumption, for i believe, the life of an innocence is at stake whose arrival was kinda messy and not his/her fault.... but who asked nothing else but to be wanted, loved and cared for... = )
