King David tells you in Psalms 37 that the wicked will be gone, and the righteous will live on the Earth forever. This will happen after Armageddon.
GOD put Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. Even though they became disobedient and died, God has made it possible for their children, including us today, to live forever in Paradise. The Bible promises: “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will [live] forever upon it.”—Psalm 37:29.
The Bible tells about a “new heavens” and “a new earth.” (Isaiah 65:17; 2 Peter 3:13) The present “heavens” are made up of today’s human governments, but Jesus Christ and those who rule with him in heaven will make up the “new heavens.” How wonderful it will be when this new heavens, which is God’s righteous government of peace, rules the entire earth!
What, then, is the “new earth”?— The new earth will be good people who love Jehovah. You see, when the Bible speaks of “the earth,” it sometimes means the people who live on the earth, not the land itself. (Genesis 11:1; Psalm 66:4; 96:1) So the people who make up the new earth will live right here on this earth.
The present world of wicked people will then be gone. Remember, the Flood of Noah’s day wiped out a wicked world of people. And, as we have learned, this present wicked world will be destroyed at Armageddon.
Imagine seeing the whole earth turned into Paradise! Jehovah says of that time: “Look! I am making all things new.” (Revelation 21:5) Consider what that will mean. When Jehovah has finished wielding his destructive power against this wicked old system, there will remain “new heavens and a new earth.” This means that a new government will reign from heaven over a new earthly society composed of those who love Jehovah and who do his will. (2 Peter 3:13) Satan, along with his demons, will be put out of commission. (Revelation 20:3) For the first time in thousands of years, mankind will be free of that corrupt, hateful, negative influence. The sense of relief will no doubt be overwhelming.
Paradise will not be like the world we live in now. God never wanted the earth to be filled with trouble and sorrow, pain and suffering. In the future, God will make the earth a paradise. What will Paradise be like? Let us see what the Bible says:
Good people. Paradise will be the home of God’s friends. They will do good things for one another. They will live according to the righteous ways of God.—Proverbs 2:21.
Plenty of food. In Paradise, there will be no hunger. The Bible says: “There will come to be plenty of grain [or, food] on the earth.”—Psalm 72:16.
Fine houses and enjoyable work. On the Paradise earth, every family will have a home of its own. Everyone will do work that brings true happiness.—Isaiah 65:21-23.
Peace worldwide. No longer will people fight and die in war. God’s Word says: “[God] is making wars to cease.”—Psalm 46:8, 9.
Good health. The Bible promises: “No resident [of Paradise] will say: ‘I am sick.’” (Isaiah 33:24) Also, no one will be lame or blind or deaf or unable to talk.—Isaiah 35:5, 6.
An end to pain, sorrow, and death. God’s Word says: “Death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”—Revelation 21:4.
Bad people will be gone. Jehovah promises: “The wicked . . . will be cut off from the very earth; and as for the treacherous, they will be torn away from it.”—Proverbs 2:22.
People will love and respect one another. No longer will there be injustice, oppression, greed, and hatred. People will be united and will live in harmony with God’s righteous ways.—Isaiah 26:9.

The rod of iron that we will use to govern ourselves will be the rod of experience. Someone said 'Above ALL things guard your heart because a good heart engenders life.' or to that effect. Someone else said @Do to others what you want done to you.'
When those two are put together in the heart of a human the Christ will have little difficulty distinguishing the wolves from the sheep.
We could well have a thousand years to see for ourselves that this works best for humans. If we also live that thousand years to see for ours that life on earth forever is a reality then applying our own rod of iron - our own experiences - will be an act of kindness to ourselves not an act of domination by another person or any deity.
What these old prophecies foretell is total kindness among and toward man. Roll on Armageddon and the return of the Christ.

Our time says we are 2006 after Christ. So long after the Lord's prayer, so long after the first and great commandment. If we look at America from 1620 when the colonies started, and think about this country being organized as it was still tribes like the Promised Land and those tribes had to suffer, then the slaves for another horrific reputation.
1776 + 230 = 2006, or KJV Bible 1611 + 303 = 1914 and an excepted translation for the last days 92 years ago[of 150 explained below], for us to be 2006 after Christ.
We read Rev.9:1-5[5x 30 = 150. Daniel has given 2520 and he was 3460 after Adam,
Daniel was 606 years before Christ which makes 2520 less 606 = 1914 after Christ, but no one knew WW1 of 1260 days, 42 months or 3 1/2 years was being spoken of in Rev.11:1-3; 12:6,14, and all of Chapter 12; Rev.13:1-5,6-10 is WW1, and 13:11-18; is WW2.
Rev.9:1-5[Is the pit open for Satan 150 years, are the sealed of God there/here from then foward? then the angels that are preparing in verses 12-15; 391 days from time we get the bible for last days + 1611 = 2002 after Christ, we are 2006 and the trouble at the Euphrates continue Rev.16:12-16[Euphrates to Armageddon];
After Daniel gives 2520 and John gives 1260x 2 is outcome, So Daniel in 12:11[2x 1290 = 2580]., and in 12:12[2x 1335 = 2670 less 2520 = 150 years same as Rev.9:1-5[5x 30 = 150];
I conclude that Satan has 6,130 years after Eden to Rev.10:6; time no longer. Rev.20:1-6; the 1000 year reign of Christ and 7,130 years after Eden, all LOST is SAVED. God's rest day ends.
Given = 6,130 after Eden, 2670 after Daniel's Prophecy, and 2064 after Christ.
We are 6,072 after Eden, 2612 after Daniel's Prophecy, and 2006 after Christ.
So is Armageddon like Matt.25:31-34[the holy angels separating the sheep from the goat and the goat have to be eliminated]; or is it like Rev.12:7-12; A battle with the angels to subdue Satan and his angels as in Rev.12:1-6; the holy angels bringing the kingdom of Jesus to birth and he must rule with a rod of iron, or we go on as we are with things getting worse for the so aled infidels.
Babylon the great is and always has been a great body of mass confussion, so we have thousands of religions in the world, none are saying there is a plan for a new heavens and a new earth, or all that was lost after Eden will be brought back for us to have a new heavens and a new earth, but rather, the heaven and hell for the most[ it is not bible ].
Rev.21:1-5; New heavenly Jerusalem comes down out of heaven from God. God is to be with us. All things are to be made new.

It also states later in Revelation that the heavens and earth will be wiped away, and a new one put in its place. The righteous, i.e. the saved, will inhabit it when everything is made new by God.
