I do not understand and it makes you look bad. If you are a so call christian you are supposed to teach your faith and not be aggressive.
if some one else is insulting you why insult back, i think some of you need to learn the truth about being a religious person, have more manners and be really careful with what you say.

I've heard it said that before you were born or conceived, God had a plan for you already, how you were gonna look, speak, act, do in your life. So if that's the case, and he had this plan for you, he had written this plan and everything you did. Why would it be a sin if you kill someone if in God's plan he had written that you were gonna do this, isn't it more like God's will?

I don't believe that debating will change anybody's beliefs. All this causes is arguements. It will make people who believe different ways harder to reach. I suggest to let the lifestyle we live do the talking not our mouths. Save our words for the real questions to help others in need. Most the questions here are to start a conflict. Lets try to ask questions that better OUR lives not tear OTHERS down.

I believe more than ever through prayer and studying the Word, that God is calling his people to declare Him a holy God.
That He is not a watered down, milk toast "man upstairs" but high and lifted up On His Throne. That as the world turns more and more to sin, we are called more so to be bold. I have been reading Isiah 43, and was wondering if anyone else had this revalation? or similar revalations?

The reality is that we are a tiny life form living one of 9 rocks that rotate around a star that is part of a galaxy of hundreds of millions of stars which is part of a patchwork of hundreds of millions of galaxies if not more.

In the big picture we really are not all that inportant.

That is not to say we can't live positive and meaningful lives and have a positive effect on those around us.

But in the big scheme of things we are insignificant.

Isn't it arrogant to believe that we are so important some deity actually gives a toss about us ?

Not everybody can understand the KJV.There are many interpretaions which simplify the things that are being said. I believe you should have several versions so you can really explore whats being said.I think you can get to know God better and I think anybody that tells you to only go by King James may be trying to keep you from checking out what THEY preach.Could it be some of them don't want you to realize the truth?Maybe they're trying to brainwash.
