Why if you are a so call christian have to attack some one verbally?

I do not understand and it makes you look bad. If you are a so call christian you are supposed to teach your faith and not be aggressive.
if some one else is insulting you why insult back, i think some of you need to learn the truth about being a religious person, have more manners and be really careful with what you say.

You are right. People who act like that and also happen to be Christians are not "practicing what they preach". Christians should follow Christ and he never acted like that. I'm sorry if you have had experiences with Christians like you described in your question. Just remember that not all are like that.

Your correct in your statement at least to a point.
I don't think they need to be more religious as I personally think that is the problem.
They need to learn to be more Christ like and learn what Christianity is about and throw the religion out the window.
It's about FAITH and a lifestyle, not empty religious dogma and rituals.

The christian should take a firm stand against those that attack the Christian faith. While we should not be rude we also should not apologize for our faith.

As a true Christian, I would never attack someone verbally.

i think you are a bit deluded ,, christians and many other faiths are not agressive. we show humanity, you only have to look at the way people reacted to the tragedy that happened in asia with the sunami. we respect other faiths,, thats why we welcome them into our countries,, how many asians are all round the world? leading good and respectable lives,, what people object to, is other faiths telling us we are immoral and ungodly because of the why we live. and that their religion is better. practice your religion by all means, but leave christyanity out of it
