I don't know anyone can answer this for sure, some believe in heaven and hell and eternal afterlife and some don't.

If you do believe in heaven and hell, then I think if you're a good person, no matter how you die, the angels will come for you!

There is no need to fear death, it is one of the two guarantees in life. One that you will die, the other that you will pay taxes. If you are a good person, and I do not mean that you have to be a Saint, when you die you will go straight to Heaven. No matter how you died whether or not it was natural causes. So stop worrying, enjoy life, you have probably another hundred years to go before you pass away. You are in an age where the miracle of modern medicine will extend life expectancy by twenty percent every ten years. Live a full and happy life and stop worrying....

why are u scared to die, death is a natural process, everything dies,I am a medium and work with the dead ,u see the dead carry on without a physical body, were u go when u die is a good place, you don't go to hell for doing things, but u have to learn to forgive and be forgiven and learn from your mistakes,u are the only person that judges, your self, some people get stuck they don't want to move on or they feel shame and anger not learning and just growing bitter.as long as when u die u go to the light, your on the right direction.

Hell means 'gravedom'. We all go to the grave when we die. There is no place of torment as people have confused the symbolic references to the fires of gehenna in reveltaion to a place of eternal torment. The so-called 'fires of hell' are actually the symbolic representation of the fires of Gehenna, a place of eternal fires where refuse was burned. These were actuall captured places where children wwere sacriced. Isreal captured them in battle and kept the fires burning by burning refuse in them. The symboligy represented them burning up of the evil of the adversary. This is what it means. The fires and eternal torment are actually the fires of gehenna representing the refuse of evil being burned up and destroyed, and the eternal torment is the second death, from which there is no return. This only happens to the adversary and his minions, and those who serve him without repentance. I somehow don't believe you are one of these. It doesnt matter how you die, but how you live makes every difference. You have said you are a good person. That being the case, it is much more likely that you will be among those judged righteous and sent to live in the new paradise. You'd be surprised how many there are going there who think they might not.

As a Christian, I've always been told that if you accepted Christ into your heart, that you would be saved.

But I think that if you are a truly good person, with good intentions and a good heart.. That Jesus isn't going to be like "Oh, she didn't believe in me.. pity." And press the Hell button.

My best advice is don't be afraid of dying. Fear is good, but worry isn't.

Just live your life so that when you die, you'll know you've accomplished all you can.. that you were everything you could be. So that you die happy.

First of all people need to realize what the word Hell originally meant. Hell simply means THE GRAVE! Which means good or bad everyone goes to hell.

As for the mythological place of eternal torment created by a loving (Yea right) God. This place is complete fantasy and shouldn't be a concern to anyone.

Christians claim that being saved (professing Jesus) one goes to heaven. It doesn't matter how they behave only what they profess. This is clearly a philosophy that personal responcibility does not matter.

Don't concern yourself with Christian scare tactics! They only use this because without fear of suffering no one in their right mind would want anything to do with their God!

I suspect that your fear of death is quite common.

However, if your anxiety about dying is getting in the way of you living a 'normal' life you might usefully seek professional counselling as this is a treatable anxiety condition (thanatophobia).

If your question is philosophical then you should neither worry about heaven or hell as these places do not exist. Even if these religious fictions did exist, I am doubtful that the circumstances of your death would have any bearing on which afterlife you were selected for.

I would therefore concentrate on living a good life and, if your anxiety about dying is impacting your daily routine, seek professional help.

Become religious, religion was created for the sole purpose of helping people in your situation i.e. scared of dying.

Religion tells you that when you die you go to a better place i.e. heaven, and if you can get your head around that it should help you to not be as scared of dying as you are now.

No my dear, if you die an accidental death, as long as you have lived a relatively good life and have accepted Jesus as your lord and personal saviour, you will not go to hell. You should not be scared to die if you are a christian, concentrate on living a good life, death may come when you least expect it..........you may not even notice you have passed on !

It doesn't matter if you die a natural death or not,as to whether you go to heaven or hell what does matter is if your sin has been dealt with or not,we are all guilty before a holy God,we have broken some if not all of Gods 10 commandments, and if we were in a court, the verdict for all us would be guilty, because God is righteous an holy he has to judge sin,so he sent his son,who died and took all the punishment that should have been ours,if we accept this and acknowledge our thanks to God for sending his son he will save us,good website to visit is www.livingwaters.co.uk,may explain it better!
