If mathematicians can use infinity, ∞, to produce concrete, tangible results, then this can be applied to any proof that God exists. Consider the following statement by the mathematician Georg Cantor: "The fear of infinity is a form of myopia that destroys the possibility of seeing the actual infinite, even though it in its highest form has created and sustains us, and in its secondary transfinite forms occurs all around us and even inhabits our minds."
Outside of faith, I'd say Cantor's words, words of a great mathematician, might give you some food for thought provided that your doubts about God do not cause a myopia to the infinite.

LMAO!!!!! I love this! All the atheists answer, "How can you prove there is a God?" and whenever they ask this question, the believers always answer, "How can you prove there is no God?"
I personally believe in God with my whole heart, but I'm just saying, the way people answer this question is hillarious.
You can't prove there is no God.
There are people who love you, fresh air, green trees, and the little voice in your head that tells you what's right and what's wrong. Is that not proof enough that there is a God?

No one. It actually isn't possible to prove a negative theory, unless you know the whole of the universe. Instead of asking people to prove a lack of something, ask them to prove a positive theory, like something that would replace God. That way, if the task can't be done it isn't due to a logical fallacy in your question.
The real trouble with doing this, is that many people already believe that anything that disagrees with their point of vew is illogical. Or, if they simply don't understand, then it must also be illogical. I'm not sure they understand what the word "logic" actually means, however, if you commit such a logical error it seemingly adds weight to their argument.

Sorry, Charlie. Anyone with a basic understanding of logic knows that you cannot prove the non-existence of anything. It is only possible to prove something's existence. No one can prove that God does not exist, but what is scarier, no one has really proven that he/she/it does. People across many religions point to "texts" to prove it, but those were all written by men and cannot be proven to have any divine origin.
You cannot prove that God does not exist, you can only apply reason and perhaps scientific methods of proof to attempt to create a probability of God's existence. Of course reason is the enemy of faith in most situations, because faith asks you to believe in something unproven, and in some cases (I believe Christianity is one) it asks you to believe not only in illogical ideas, but anti-logical ideas, ones that simply do not stand up to basic inquiries of reason.

You don't HAVE to prove that something DOESN'T exist. The burden of proof is on showing that something DOES exist. Nobody can prove that Santa Claus doesn't exist so does that mean that you believe in him???
So I ask, who can prove scientifically that there IS a god???

Ugh, I guess the moron fairie left you a double helping of stupid today huh?
You cannot disprove what does not exist. The burden of proof is on YOU to prove what you say exists.
Let me dumb it down for you (and bear with me, it gives me a headache just to think down to your level).
Say I were to tell you that I had a magic orange squirrel that eats glass and poos out diamonds. Would you believe me? No of course not, only a moron would right? You'd want to see it. You'd want to watch it do what I say it can do before you believed right?
Same thing with your sky-pixie. You say your god exists, you say it can do many things yet there is NO evidence.
So, prove it. If you can. The burden of proof rests with you.
Do you understand that?

The burden of proof lies on the person who claims there is a deity. Can you prove I have not eaten an apple today? One is as arbitrary as the next. For that matter, can you prove that I am not Yahweh incarnate?

Who can prove there is a God?! SERIOUSLY! This is a pretty dumb question because you cant prove or disprove it. If nebody says "The Bible", thats not enough proof. There is NO PROOF PEROID. no need for ne1 else to answer.

“I refuse to prove that I exist,” says God, “for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing.”
“But,” said Man, “the Babel Fish is a dead giveaway, isn’t it? It proves you exist and so therefore you don’t. QED.”
“Oh dear,” says God, “I hadn’t thought of that!” and promptly vanishes in a puff of logic.
“Oh, that was easy,” says Man, and for an encore he proves that black is white and gets killed on the next zebra crossing.

It is a scientific rule that you cannot prove the non existence of something, but if you do things scientifically then you should back up your claims with evidence.
Remarkable claims require remarkable evidence!
