How can Christians live with all the contradictions in the bible?
Does your faith have the final word even if you find these contradictions? How can you believe in the trinity that Jesus never taught anything about this , but this is a very strong belief in christianity? And how can you claim things on Jesus that was never said out of his own mouth?

We are told in Deuteronomy and I Tim to dress for our own gender, not like the opposite sex, and to dress modestly. And that showing the thigh makes us naked in the eyes of God. That said, why do men and women choose not to dress according to scripture, with women wearing pants/shorts (or anything with a crotch), and men become more effiminate with earrings and such. NO arguements or name calling please.

Abuot two weeks ago I had a dream about a friend from school, someone I used to care about a lot, but haven't seen for years. In the dream I was trying to get him to come with me but he kept saying he had somewhere else to be and in the end he waved and walked away. I have since found out that he died of a heroin overdose around the same time as my dream. Coincidence? Or did he come to say goodbye?

if you are a so called athiest, then what the hell are you doing reading the Bible.Sounds like your not too sure of yourself.Guess thats the difference between us Christians and you so called athiests.

hello, my pastor has a mega church in a small but growing town, and alot of the fellow churches doesn't agree with his charisma, not only that they say things about him, and some know his family...some say that he comes from a family of rednecks....but he has a biracial church, and loves on all races, it's his goal to break the barriers of racism, and prejudiceness in our city...i love this church it has changed my life, and i would like to remain a member, how do i fight the gossip, and if any of it is true what do i say? some people in my church are afraid to say what church they go to, and i'm beginning to feel the same way....help if at all possible. thanks!

My family is very religous except me. I beleive in god and any kind of divin higher power. I dont beleive in the church almost everyday my family and people that know my family are always cramming this crap that i'm going to hell cause i dont go to church..the problem is i have always been uncomfortable in church they even had me thinking i had the devil in me when i was younger cause i was uncomfortable. i will never forget it, i was about 11 and just cause i was uncomfortable the ministers wife put her hand on my head and started screaming in my ear for some devil thing or something to get out. so anyways that was off the subject i dont beleive in church just cause theres so much curruption in it..all the molistations and stealling why should any one? and i just find it to hard to beleive that unless your christian your going to hell. i do beleive in god i just dont beleive in the word of man. why do people say your going to hell, i thought only god can judge me not them.

Truly, if there was no God, there would be no need to have an established belief system to deny His existence!! What say you?

Israel, a tiny middle eastern country with few allies, surrounded by enemies, and home to a population of discontented, and extremist, muslims who want them wiped off the map, was created, survived three large-scale wars against multiple enemies, and a fifty year terrorist siege, almost devoid of outside help.
