It couldn't have been brought back to this time, because we have known about the Bible from the past. Your question should have asked if the Bible came from our future to our past (to be a part of our history). It is not like we just discovered the Bible a few days ago. But, in answer to the modified question, God knew what was going to happen, so the Bible came about to save us. Of course, not everyone will embrace the truth, but at least in this time-line, we have a chance. I don't think time travel was involved, but I do think foreknowledge was.

Biblical scholarship has a long and distinguished pedigree. Just do some basic research and you can find out when and how the Bible was written. Most of the Old Testament was written in the 7th and 8th centuries BC.

Not only possible, but actually true in a sense.
Time is a physical dimension by which we are bound. Not so with God. His Spirit is outside the physical properties of time, and He sees past, present, and future as one. The whole script is already laid out in front of Him. That is why all prophecy is 100% accurate in the Holy Bible.
