I think it's more like Wee-kuh. Just think of how you'd pronounce it if you were Harry Potter or Marry Poppins or whatever.
If you don't believe me, go to http://education.yahoo.com/reference/dictionary/entry/Wicca;_ylt=AiT7ChA6iNN4J3ODMiJQJ6OsgMMF
The keyword there is http://education.yahoo.com. Click on dictionary, type in Wicca, click Search, Click Wicca, click on the sound orange symbol in front of the word.
And as for a good oline Book of Shadows, I seriously doubt there is such thing. But I think you'll find this site useful:

Actually, the word Wicca is derivative of an old English word, and is pronounced "wee-cha".
And as far as the BOS goes, it's better to make your own, it has more power in using your own words.

The most common pronunciation is wik-uh but I have also heard it pronounced wee-cha and which-uh. I don't know of any good on-line book of shadows.

Just like the "wick" of a candle. (With an "ah" sound at the end.) It is the same root word meaning "twisted".
It is also the same root word as "wicked".
