Which Gospel has the two other men on the two other crosses mocking Jesus. What happens to these two?

In the other Gospel(s) it is said that one of these two men asked for forgiveness and Jesus said that that man would be with him in paradise that day.

Did Jesus go to hell that day or to Paradise?

Was the Gospel with the guy asking for forgiveness written years after the first, why did the later gospel change the story?

The New Testament expressly calls on believers to demonstrate practical care for those in prison. Remember those who are in prison, as though you were in prison with them; those who are being tortured, as though you yourselves were being tortured.( Heb.13:3.)
So why so much abuse to muslim prisoners in US jails....
CRITIQUE: If we are to take the Bible’s consistently negative valuation of
prisons seriously, it is imperative that Christians match their practical concern for
those in jail with a vocal critique of society’s increasing reliance on prison as a
strategy for social control. Even if we cannot subscribe to a complete prison
abolitionist agenda, the direction of biblical teaching, and the logic of God's self-
revelation as the One who sets prisoners free, should surely drive all Christians to
stand against every att

Since the beginning or recorded time all societies have had so some sort of spiritual beliefs. There has been one constant among these. Be it heaven, hell, or reincarnation they agree that ones deeds in this life effect his/her situation in the afterlife. Even in reincarnation, a good life this time will entitle you to a better life next time.

Considering some of you believe there is no God, then there must be no right or wrong.
Because, God(s) set these standards.

Some of you have indicated that you live life with integrity even though you believe that there is no God. when the only consequence to your actions is limited to what society can provide and this scenario you must get caught to be guilty. Why not live by gut instinct, survival of the fittest?

There will be a new heaven and a new earth (2 Peter 3:13). The heavens is cleansed of evil and soon the earth will follow so both heaven and earth will be made new as in no more wickedness. Wickedness was in heaven (Job 1:6) until now when Satan and his demons were cast down to the earth (Revelation 12:7-9) But the earth will not be destroyed because God Himself will bring to ruin those who are ruining the earth (Revelation 11:18) for God did not make the earth for nothing (Isaiah 45:18) but to be inhabited. Wickedness will be forever cut off (Psalm 39:9-11)
Sickness and death banished on earth (Isaiah 33:24) (Revelation 21:4) (Psalm 37:29)
People will build houses and grow vineyards (Isaiah 65:21-22) eat benefit from the fruits of their labours. Further in Isaiah (65:25) even the wolf with be at peace with the lamb and the lion will eat straw like the bull.
But before that takes place we'll have critical times to deal with (2 Timothy 3:1-5) (2 Timothy 3:12) (2 Corinthians 4:4)

I see people get upset at the running jokes on here like Jim Darwinism. I don't truly understand why. I respect all religions and the people that follow them. I believe people should live and believe as they choose. That doesn't mean I can't laugh at myself or at certain aspects of religion. There are those that try to offend others but I roll right by them and they are not part of my day. If laughing at some of the post on here isn't for you I would advise you to roll right by. Focus on the things on here that are a positive part of your day and leave the rest. What is your opinion? Have you ever laughed here?

.....the holocaust to my baby cousin? She is only six but stumbled across one of my WW2 textbooks from school, it had a section about the death camps and lots of graphic pictures of emaciated prisoners huddled around the fences and piles of bodies being bulldozed in to mass graves.

She has asked me what it was all about a couple of times and I've managed to skirt around the issue but for some reason she hasn't forgotten about it as she normally does!

What would you say? She already knows a little about the war as our Grand father is a veteran but I don't think anyone (for obvious reasons) has revealed this side of the conflict to her.

Any advice? Thanks!
