Well, I can see how you would believe that, but I have an inside track on something that has nothing to do with money. I've felt the hand of God in my life. I'm poor. I've seen His miracles touch the lives of those around me. I've heard His voice call to me from a distance and heard His voice whisper to me from close to me. I know there is a God because I have felt Him in the inner most part of my being. Doesn't matter who does what with money. I have no money (save the less than $100 in my checking account), and I can still testify to the fact that there is a God that cares for me regardless of any business side to any religion.

Yes, it is about money. You can be a wonderful person without funneling money into some preacher's pocket. Look at the Jim and Tammy Faye racket. They took money from everyone for their own enrichment. Use your money to support charities that really help people. Avoid the churches and gasbags that want to bleed you dry.

Religion itself could be as you say a big business.

But Being religious and having a personal realtionship with Jesus Christ are not the same thing.

I am anti-religious but I trust in Jesus as my savior.
It's not about what you do outwardly while the world watches, it's what is in your heart

"Holy men" are no different than any other con artist or crook peddling junk to the unwitting or weak minded.

The bible is a book of lies "written" by liars for liars.

It's not a business, it's a con game. If it was a business, religion would be selling a genuine product. As it is, all they are selling are lies.
