I know a guy who was straight and then decided to be gay. He says he's bisexual. I knew him for 2 years before this happened. I thought it was pretty weird. I don't understand why he changed. There wasn't a good reason. I have also noticed this trend even moreso in women. It's one thing to think you were born that way but why do people make this change later on in life after they were married for twenty years?

This category is called "Religion & Spirituality" not, "HEY CHRISTIANS, FLOOD THE MESSAGE BOARD".
Had to vent.
Now here's the question:
Do many Christians even think about the fact that their saviour was Jewish? A man went around telling others how he felt, but never did he say that he was anything other than Jewish. And why do Christians take one book over another? One telling over another? The Bible has been rewritten and retold many times, though the core of the belief hasn't changed much, many details have. And why do so many keeping telling others to "Let Jesus into their lives." Doesn't your religion say to "love thy neighbor"? Not "convert all you can do believe in what you believe"? If you are suppose to love and accepct others, why can't you accepct those of us how do not want your religious figure into our lives? Why can you only be my friend until you discover I'm atheist?

What advise will you give a 19yr old girl who believe she is ready to date? She believes and has been praying a lot for God to give her HIS very best. And she thinks she has found it. (talking about concept of the christian god)
if its to complete his perfection...than s/he wasn't perfect before, and if the universe is perfect as it is now, than sin is actually something needed or make god perfect so he can't do without it, but if sin imperfects the universe and he needs a universe to be perfect than he is not perfect with the universe he created.

if he is complete and perfect being, he doesn't really need the company, and whats the point in creating something that just worships you and you get mad if they don't...that seems to suggest being less than perfect.

is it bordom? you just need something to play around with? but than that seems to suggest that you weren't so perfect and complete before since you got bored.

and god proclaiming his jealously seems to suggest being less than perfect, as what would a perfect being be jealous of...

Once the Lord Jesus took me deep in trance-like worship..He took me out of my body and then walked with me thru a transparent river....about 30 feet deep...we seemed to breath under its waterz...and He showed me Heavenly spicez floating in and thru these waterz...and He made me know that they were all the romantic wordz of love and adoration for Him as our Bridegroom and that they all flow into us from His sweet shining face...and that this was not just for me..but anyone who would ask and persistantly seek Him for them...and for His pleasure.,,,blessed Jesus...I love u

It seems like in biblical times everyone was talking with God. He was writing commandments, making floods, burning bushes, etc. Where has he gone? Is there a reason why He doesn't speak to us modern folks?

I have been wondering why non-believers are bothered by the sight of the bible or ten comandments (especially at court houses and such) because even if you take away a statue or bible, it doesnt mean that the judges or politicians are going to automatically turn aethiet, they will still believe as will the rest of us who already do. So if non-believers cant see it then it doesnt exist, they rely on soley on being able to see something for it to exist. They cant understand that somethings you just cant see? Does love exist (you cant see it), does air exist (you cant see it) what about the ozone, there are many things you just cant see, but you still know exists.

Get it?

Also noone can force their religion on you, they can only try to force you to listen to what they have to say.

They seem to be so committed to their religion that they want to prevent gays from forming committed relationships of their own, of course anti-gayness requires little sacrifice on the part of str8 Christians that's easy, but same Christians won't give themselves to God and the priesthood etc as once they would have...are they really phoney's merely posing as devout Christians? What's going on?

He said ( Right here in Dearborn Michigan ) the Christians will soon go by the wayside in America and Mosque will be build all over America.
