Is there any hope if you have moral conflicts with in laws. I feel like totally banning one of my in-laws from my house. She was pregnant and goes in to detail about how she did so many drugs that she miscarried at home. She is not ashamed of what she did at all. The story makes my skin crawl. She also goes in to graphic detail about her sex life and that of her friends. She went to re-hab and did get in trouble with the law for doing drugs while pregnant. She tells these disgusting stories in front of guests that I am entertaining at my house!! The miscarriage story made one of my guests get up and leave! I am mortified! What can I do to keep her lifestyle out of my house and away from my kids! Any advice helpful. The whole family is pretty much disfunctional and I am just trying to keep my household normal and with good morals!!

f you don't get the God thing I completely understand, but trust me...I used up my nine lives long ago, and it's by his grace that I still breathe air! Someday bad stuff will happen the bible will come true whether you believe or don't. God is real and really does love all of creation, but there is sin in the world and lets face it we have selfish ambitions. That is why Jesus came, to cancel the power of sin and to put Satan in his corner. I pray that you ask God to reveal himself to you. We are living in scary days, and not cause today is 6/6/6 or whatever?? but we are living in times of natural disasters like Katrina and 9/11. God doesn't cause us this pain either to teach us like little kids, he allows free will in the world and for us to learn things, and even the hard way so that we realize we can't live our lives on our own understanding, we need Jesus to be our light and salvation every step of the way! If you believe in your heart and confess that Jesus is your Savior and you believe that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved

If I am wrong and god does exist (which is unlikely) I can look him in the eyes and say I have tried to examine and understand the universe the best I could and I couldn't see you in it." But now what if I'm right there is no supreme being for us to be afraid of offending no one can be accused of playing god because he doesn't exist so science is free to advance without hindrance and that will expanded our knowledge of the universe and save billions of lives as we develop new effective cures for diseases and improve billions of others as new technology is developed . Also there wouldn't be as much discrimination or war as religion is the main cause of that. Oh what a wonderful world it would be. So there you go that is what happens if I am wrong and what happens if I'm right and personally I think it's worth the gamble (not much of a gamble as there is no evidence to suggest god does exist so that would mean I am right just the sooner you theists admit it the better for everyone).

After the Crucifixion, in those days without data bases or any simple ways to check it would have been easy for someone to impersonate Jesus after he was executed, perhaps one of the other disciples who wanted to defy the authorities one more time and to make people think Jesus had not been disposed of.

Ok this question has been branded around a bit so my appologies for this but

What if a person who is non-religious gets married and it is accepted by the state? What difference does this make to marriage as a whole when people are touting it as being relgious? Reason im asking is that if marriage knows no bounds of religion of otherwise then the concept of marriage should extend to homosexuals. If however it is not then the entire fabric of marriage is a sham as it discriminates against a group of people that are just as loving and caring as the next person.

I hear GW Bush saying that its to save family values, but what values are these when the US has such a high divorce rate. Ammending the constitution is not going to change this and anyway who said that gay parents can not provide the love and compassion to their children?

Whats your views on this?

(im not asking if you agree with homosexuality, so please could you refrain from saying its wrong)
