think about it

I have thought about it- a lot! I don't have any answers, just more questions; if God is omnipotent ( all knowing, all powerful, etc ) than why is there such suffering in the world? Why do children get cancer, why do bad things happen to supposedly God-fearing people who are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing in His eyes? Why indeed...

Why does he have to move it? He can always destroy it and build another one somewhere else. Matter is like Legos and God and engineer. He's smart enough to know what he's doing.

Every time I'm in a Physics or Chemistry class I have to marvel at all the complexities he is able to create. But I have to marvel even more at the fact that it's all based on understandable building blocks. Everything has order. Everything has purpose.

well if He is so powerful to create a boulder that big, He can also lift it. with God everything is possible....why would you want to ask that?!!?!?

Since you think you are so powerful, do you think you could create a mouth so big, that you couldn't move it??

this is my favorite question to collect answers for...though its really an unfair one to ask. --i'm also not religious by the way.

my answer is, yes, he can create one he can not move, until he desires to moves it.

my favorite answer was from a welder (and you sort of had to be there) but he looked at me and said, "god doesn't have to prove a d*** thing to you."

No, anything God creates he can take away. "The one who giveth and the one who taketh away"
