Someone asked about "the President thing" tonight and the assignment she has to do on it. That "President thing" she is referring to is The State of the Union Address. Someone responded to her question with, "OMG I have to do a report on that too and like American Idol is on tonight" etc. etc.

Now, I get not watching it. I don't plan on watching it. But at least I know what he's going to be talking about because it's hard not to know if you've paid even a little bit of attention to anything beyond yourself. (Am I coming across as mean and snotty? Oh well.) The person who asked even said, "I don't know what the f**k he's even talking about."

Were we like that when we were kids? I mean . . . someone help me here.

Just the other day I saw an ad for a CLOTHES store, on which a naked woman's back was printed! What the hell? Where is the product you're selling?? What should make this appealing to me as a consumer who's searching for clothes? Certainly not the complete opposite! A woman that has none!

Another example is an ad where there was a naked woman in the tub and the water slowly disappeared so she would appear to us. Do you know what the product was?? Mineral water for dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dog drank the water!!!

Do you think this is good for sales or you think it's immoral, unethical or whatever?

I have been very bad boy this past year (2006). I drank kegs kegs of beer and ate like a swine. I now weigh 1/4 more of the weight I was at the beginning of last year. Starting New Years, I stopped smoking , drinking and eating fattening foods and switched to vegetables, rice, lean meat and fruit. I also drink plenty of water and green tea (I have heard it speeds metabolism) . I also walk for atleast one hour every day. Anybody have any past expereince losing wieight and any extra tips? Also do you know what should be the average weight I should lose each week by dieting like this?

Everyone is striving for equality in America, yet going out of their way to be different. I don't understand why we can't all just be Americans instead of placing unnecessary and dividing labels on ourselves. If someone is born in America, then that makes them American, regardless of heritage. I am proud of my ancestry but I don't go calling myself a European-American. I am proud to be an American and I do not need any other labels to define who I am. If a person is born elswhere and becomes a citizen of the USA, then go for it. Call yourself African-American or Cuban-American or whatever. I believe that this so called political correctness is actually helping to perpetuate the stereotypes that breed racism. If we truly wish to be a UNITED States of America, shoulden't we start by calling ourselves AMERICANS? Be proud of your heritage, but be more proud of being born in the best country in the world.

The world used to be so great until the 20th century. People steal, Do Drugs and think there's nothing wrong with it, The media is being so annoying about appearance. For all we know, Global Warming could go into full control next week. We know it's happening, and we CAN stop it. The world leaders are just too lazy. I hate the drugs part the most.

He just got fined and probation for having footage of two teenage girls. I remember him once saying they just because the girls are drunk, does not mean they wouldn't do the same thing sober. Or something to that effect. I mean all pornography is trash. But these people seem to have even lower standards. Do the girls even get some of the profits for appearing in the videos? I have no clue, but I doubt they get anything at all.

Seriously, this has happened to me a couple of times...

The bathroom at my work has 12 stalls. Why would any one choose the stall right next to someone when there are like 9 other stalls to use! I swear, it's weird. I get it if theres a lot of people, but I am talking about just me in there then someone sitting right next me.

It's just not right. What do you think?
