i would have to say i dont like this idea not one bit why would u wanna follow americans around home, work, bar, ect.. we wouldnt have no peace we might as well just call american the terrorists becuzz its wut this country is begining to be like what do u guys think?

Where I am at least its bitterly cold and the days are freakin short. I go to work and by the time i'm off the sun has set or is starting to set. The holidays are over and there really isn't much to look forward to except for spring.

"People Trashing" is getting to be a serious problem in South Korea.

Unfortunately, some people on Yahoo! Answers also like to "trash people" for their own (twisted?) enjoyment.

Does anybody believe the content should be cleaned up for the sake of simple decency towards people?

I mean, when the day is all done, when eveything's finished, and you can lie in your bed, sum up your life with all of its complexities and strange thoughts, and close your eyes...what is that final thought? Is this cultural or just rude. It is an issue in that she is in a job that may involve her touching someone, an extreme case being her needing to give mouth to mouth rescusitation to a male. If her cultural and religious beliefs mean that she cannot even shake hands then why take on a job that does involve arresting/handling/touching other people. Shaking hands is a sign of good manners in the UK and I feel that should also be respected. I would like to understand how this contradiction can be squared with her religion

my parents live on a busy pedestrian thoroughfare in the west of england. they live in a town of a few thousand people, which is quite idyllic but for the problem of teenagers who regularly smash their car window or house window when walking past - the strike rate has increased to once every few weeks recently, and the vandalism is mindless in that nothing is ever stolen.

when confronted, these kids claim that they have nothing better to do, particularly since their youth club was shut down.

the local community is in despair at this sort of behaviour occurring widely on a nightly basis.

what can be done to stop the problem? and are the kids justified in their claim?

meetings of all local stakeholders, where the families of the troublemakers are invited and involved?

setting up stocks so that culprits can have eggs thrown at them?

a local community action plan?

closed circuit television cameras?

please share your collective wisdom!
