Where I am at least its bitterly cold and the days are freakin short. I go to work and by the time i'm off the sun has set or is starting to set. The holidays are over and there really isn't much to look forward to except for spring.

every day it gets closer ,its not dark at 4pm now,ya its cold,but its only about 6 more weeks .instead for 16 weeks .JUST THINK ABOUT THE WARM SUMMER NITES,AND DARK AT 10 PM

The worst. So looking forward to my tulips, daffodils and crocus popping up - seeing green front and back yards again - budding trees and sunshine!
I like snow and cold at Christmas time - but Jan. is so long - enough already. And I have lived in the Midwest my whole life.
Oh well - looking forward to the Superbowl with the Bears!

I'm with ya. I hate it. I wanna move to a warmer climate. This cold and snow is for the birds. Don't know about you, but my next holiday (off work) is Memorial Day a longggg time from now in May. Ugh!

I love it .The holidays are over.Most people spent too much. Why because marketing people told you you have to under the guise that it's tradition. Now it takes the rest of the year for them to try to get out of debt.But I didn't go into debt because I refused to buy presents for people who can easily afford to purchase their own. I did however help the needy.
So I feel good and I'm looking towards spring

Well, here in sunny California our weather has been a bit cold lately, in the low 60's during the day and there is no surf right now, so, I guess it's sad....but I love it still cuz I get to wear my sweaters and ugg boots - cozy!! I do wish for a fireplace though.
