People say it's because it's hot in the Middle East, but whenever I go to the mall or other cool places, they wear sandals there. Do they wear sandals because people expect them to wear sandals or something?

It seems that some of the more old fashioned values are coming back into vogue, where multiple generations live together and take care of one another. I was just wondering how many here have more than 1 generation living in the same dwelling, whether it's temporary or permanent?

Once he decided to run for President the "media" started to attack him trying to discredit him. I knew there would be something to try and make him lose. They are using his elementary school education of a couple of years in a PUBLIC school and saying that it's a radical muslim school. If it wasn't so desperate a measure to hurt his Presidential bid it would be funny! Mr. Obama will continue to be attacked, ridiculed and critisized left and right because he is a conceived threat of changing the history of having all caucasian Presidents in this country. The death threats will come soon if they haven't already started. It's time for a change and this country needs to accept that fact and let go of it's ethnic line barriers.

In recent history, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela and Mother Teresa have all inspired overwhelming popular admiration. Is there anyone around now who might match them in stature in the future?

So it takes colin and justin to expose the housing mess of social housing as seen on teh eye popping series? Well the govt should be exposed as uncaring for letting it get like this. Watch it tonight if you're proud to be British and be shocked that peopl ein your country are being forced to live in this human zoo, Because thats what its like. Well done to this pair of lads for sticking their neck out to help down at hells housing eststes such as this. Tont Blair should watch and do somnething about it. Its on at 8pm on Five and I tell you that my family watched and nearly cried even though there is fun in teh show too it'll open your eyes. Great Britain? You be the judge?

I just found out today after I had just been looking at suitable places to live in Salford. But I always finish what I've started and would save money if I moved to Salford. But I was having a few problems where i lived because I was being intimidated by people but was going to face that problem as moving would be too much like running away for me as I would still have the baggage with me.What do I do now?I told everyone including my friends and family that I was going to move because I had to take two buses as opposed to one I am in a storm {hard times} of massive proportions!I honestly dont konw what my next move should be.

I can't understand the mentality of someone who thinks, "Hmmmm, I like that. I deserve it. I'm going to take it." Is it their stupidity or a general lack of morals?

I have just found myself "declassified" from a graduate program that I now realize I hate! I feel slightly embarrassed and humiliated, because somehow I feel like I failed. Most positions that I intended on applying my degree toward required a totally different area of interest. Somehow I thought MBA meant I could reach for the stars, now I feel like dirt on the back of a car bumber.
How would you advise one to approach such a delicate subject.
BTW my rejection notice feels worst than having my first born die in a horrible car accident.

I want a good debate or a story type thing that goes against this that the majority is always right. It should revolve round the topic in a interesting way with examples. Remember, the topic is that the majority is not always right.
Plz tell the site and dont start debating here
