What sort of world do some of your respondents live in?
What on earth gives people the idea that bald people feel bad about themselves?
Some may, and they will be affected by any sort of negative comment, but most of us are perfectly content with who we are.
I'm not defined by how much hair I've got.

No, I think balled men just feel bad as there is few pin up hunks that are balled. personally I wouldn't care.
As for butts, its fashion now to have a big old *** = sexy. However a big butt on a man I don't think would look so good.
I haven't seen balled men being made fun of in the media.

They are getting better- and having more people w a common look- it is not where it needs to be but is getting better-big butts and big all over it bit better too- acceptance is a bit better than it used to be-D

The media just reminds them to look in the mirror and feel bad about thereselves.

I felt botherd when it began to fall out, that was because I was in my early twenties but now I don't care. Hasn't affected me at all.
