The only thing You didn't mention was hydration... It is VERY Important that you drink at least 6-8 litres. of water/fluids ( not beer) daily. The gauge is that if You are not urinating you are dehydrated and run the risk of Kidney / Liver damage. Good Luck.

Well done you, its hard to change lifestyle in one go. I have a few tips that keep me on the straight and narrow
Never eat after 7pm - brush your teeth because then you won't have to do it again.
Never eat anything that has a high fat content and contains wheat
e.g. pastry.
Do most of your eating in the morning so your last meal is little more than a snack.
Eat some protein for every meal.
Do not eat cheese at all.
If you have a sandwich or toast don't butter it. Let the filling/topping provide the moisture.
Walk up and down stairs 20 times, two or three times a week.
Don't forget some tinned foods are good for you. I couldn't live without baked beans and tinned tomatoes.
Treat yourself with a low calorie hot chocolate drink when you feel cold - like 'options'.
After your body has got to weight it needs it will stop losing weight. That's the time to increase your intake and excercise to get the right balance.
Substitute milk for water when making omelettes.
Good luck

Well done!
Looks like you've been doing all the right things, and if you are doing enough exercise, you should be looking at a healthy, *sustainable* weight loss of 2lbs a week (approx one kilo.)
That doesn't sound a lot, but just imagine that, every week, your body is getting rid of a bag of sugar's worth of excess weight that you were dragging around; plus any muscle that you make by exercising will burn off more calories, even when you're doing nothing. It takes a month of daily exercise before everybody starts noticing the difference.
If you want to speed up your metabolism, the green tea might be a good idea, but any liquid is just as good. By hydrating the body, you allow it to carry out all its chemical reactions - like burning calories - more efficiently.
Other drinks that are good for that purpose include, isotonic drinks to improve hydration and dandelion tea, which helps to control the blood sugar surges that trigger cravings.
But you're doing great so far, by the sounds of it.
I lost a lot of weight (about a stone) and I just did it by limiting my food to meal times (eating every four hours) and slowing down while I ate, so that I could feel full and more importantly, to get all the nutrients from the food by chewing properly before swallowing.
Good Luck.

only excersise... if u start with dancing 30 min every day..and then 1h a day.. u will see amazing effects. Ur body will produce more lecitine (or something and endorphines) that will decrease your appettite... this is really the only way to loose waight. I tried so many things...i just came back from running..and even dont crave any sweets now, although they are in my cupboard... before i'd haave eaten all of them and still go to buy some more..
